工作职责:
Responsibilities:
1.与销售、生产等相关部门沟通协调做好产品订单的跟踪处理工作;
Communicate and coordinate with sales and production departments to follow up product orders.
2.协助销售部门及时准确做好客户询货,报价单的制作及报价工作;
Assist sales department to give customer timely and accurate feedback for product consulting, quotation sheet making and price quotation.
3.协助销售部门及时准确做好销售合同的制作工作。
Assist sales department to make the sales contract timely and accurately.
4.销售订单及时准确录入SAP工作;
Input sales orders into SAP timely and accurately.
5.与生产部门沟通协调,确定满足客户所需要产品的交期工作;
Communicate and coordinate with production department to determine the delivery time of the products required by customers.
6.客户订单的汇总及订单交货的跟踪工作;
Responsible for the customer order summary and order delivery follow-up.
7.每月定期做好货款的回收工作;
Responsible for the monthly payment collection.
8.与财务沟通做好SAP订单的释放工作;
Communicate with finance to release SAP orders.
9.客诉的跟踪及处理;
Follow up and deal with customer complaints.
10.负责做好订单及销售合同的档案管理工作。
Responsible for the file management of order and sales contract.
11.协助客服主管做好客服的其它相关工作。
Assist CS supervisor with other related work of customer service.
职位要求:
Requirements:
1. 大学专科及以上学历,英语、商务英语、国际贸易等相关专业优先;
College degree or above, majoring in English, Business English, International Trade or related fields is preferred.
2.英语可读写;
proficient in listening, reading and writing,
3.1年及以上客服相关工作经验;
One year or more of relevant working experience in customer service.
4. 熟练使用电脑及办公软件,懂SAP更佳;
Proficient in using computers and office software. Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
