Overview:
Responsible for developing and managing HRD programs, including C&B, HRIS, Probation & Contract management, Employee Relationship etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Data Management & Disbursement Support: Coordinate attendance data verification, salary and allowance calculation, and work with SSC to complete the monthly payroll disbursement data loop, ensuring zero errors. 20%
2. Social Security & Housing Fund Administration: Monthly collection of social security and housing fund enrollment data, work with SSC for payment declaration to ensure compliance. 20%
3. HRIS System Maintenance: Responsible for entry, update and verification of core data such as employee information and organizational structure, maintaining system data accuracy in Cityray, Roster, Success Factor ect. 20%
4. Labor Cost Planning & Accounting: Assist in annual labor cost budget formulation, conduct regular labor cost data analysis and accounting, and output cost control related reports. 15%
5. Employee Relations & Performance Collaboration: Full-process management of probation tracking, labor contract renewal/termination, transfer, collaborate to promote performance management cycle implementation, and follow up on performance goal achievement progress. 10%
6. Deliver regular reports on time with zero errors. 10%
7. Other tasks assigned by HR managers. 5%
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Commercial Management, English etc.
2. Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in C&B module, with full-process payroll calculation practical ability
3. Knowledge of labor law, social insurance, housing fund, tax, and related C&B regulations
4. Familiar with MS practice, excel, word, ppt and HRIS system operations.
5. Fluent in oral & written English.
