Responsibilities:

Assist in handling basic engineering technical issues during production, providing on-site coordination and solution support; 35%
2.协助工程师完成工程技术文件、报表的编制、更新与归档，参与数据收集、整理及分析工作；
Assist engineers in compiling, updating, and filing engineering technical documents and reports, and participate in data collection, sorting, and analysis; 30%
3.支持生产现场工艺优化与效率提升，包括生产线布局调整、物料配置优化、防错措施落地等；
Support on-site production process optimization and efficiency improvement, including production line layout adjustment, material configuration optimization, and error-proofing measure implementation; 20%
4.熟练运用办公软件，可借助工具辅助技术文档撰写与数据分析；
Proficiency in using office software, and able to use tools to assist in technical document writing and data analysis; 15%
Requirements:
1.工科相关专业（机械工程、电气工程、化工工程、自动化、测控技术等优先）；
Engineering-related major (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automation, Measurement & Control Technology, etc. preferred).
2.责任心强、做事细心，对工程类工作有热情，愿意长期在制造业发展；
Strong sense of responsibility, careful in work, passionate about engineering work, and willing to develop in the manufacturing industry for a long time.
3.良好的英语听说读写能力，能适配外企工作环境；
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to adapt to the working environment of foreign-funded enterprises.
4.具备较强的逻辑思维、学习能力、沟通协调能力及抗压能力；
Strong logical thinking, learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and pressure resistance.
