Description :

The role of a DSE engineer is to implement new processes, tools and methodologies in collaboration with program team, cross functions & generics team. 



The objectives of the assignment are the following:

1. Deployment of Standardization: 

- Management and Deployment of Components standardization in local programs.

- Coordinate to get validation for standard documents (Design Check Sheet / Generic Drawings / Specifications…) at Asia level.

- Support for standard implementation (including communication, monitoring…)

- Get feedback from program teams for the standard documents implementation as the input of improvement.

- Develop and implement standard template to support Program teams in program management.

2. Quality and Efficiency tools:

- Propose and follow up Key Performance Indicator for efficiency improvement in R&D.



Qualifications: 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

▪ Bachelor Degree in Engineering 

▪ Experience in industrial context is preferred

▪ Team Player with excellent communication skills and international mindset.

▪ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

▪ Familiar with Office (Excel/PPT/Word...)
