职位描述：

Key areas of accountability:
1、Equipment acceptance 
（1）Generate document for the equipment- machine manual, maintenance plan, maintenance work instruction, spare part list and another related document
2、Maintenance
（1）Maintenance plan base on corrective actions to improve equipment utilization.
（2）Supervise and audit the maintenance actives in place.
3、Mechanical spare part 
（1）Set up effective and economy safety stock of mechanical spare part 
（2）Continue improvement spare part change sequence and cost
4、Corrective actions
（1）Equipment unplan down time analysis and corrective action base on root cause
（2）Continue improvement equipment unplan downtime 
（3）Weekly and monthly’s Maintenance report
5、Productivity via Automation and equipment upgrade 
（1）Take lead automation/equipment upgrade project
（2）Work out plan according to budget requirement and keep it on schedule
6、Other tasks
（1）Support production equipment Jig/fixture optimization.
（2）Provide technical support to improve process quality via improve machine setting and jigs

Job scope:
Plant wide pre-maintenance, TPM implementation and equipment problem solving, equipment productivity via technology upgrade.

Qualification:
1、Academic/Professional Qualification: 
（1）Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical/ Industrial / Acoustical
2、Working Experience: 
（1）Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance field
3、Expertise/Skills: 
（1）Familiar with automation equipment management/maintenance
（2）Skilled at related software programming (Siemens 1200, Omron) is must
（3）Familiar with Equipment FMEA and control plan 
（4）Excellent problem solving and result focus, quick response and solve timely 
（5）Ability to think analytical
（6）Be able to use Auto-CAD, Pro/E or SolidWorks
（7）Strong equipment safety risk management mindset
（8）Project Management skills is preferred

1、Follow weekly planning cycle to check and confirm the material availability for speaker production requirement.
2、Daily follow up the material delivery from suppliers and measure the on-time delivery performance.
3、Daily communicate with suppliers to solve the supply issue and mitigate the potential risk.
4、Provide training to suppliers on using the PSS tools and manage their operation performance.
5、Arrange the delivery of raw material or finished product to PSS oversea plant, create correct shipment information for loading plan and create correct shipment delivery note in SAP.
6、Monthly payment check with suppliers and provide correct payment material on time;
7、Materials key parameter maintenance and regular review to update in system.
8、Monthly report on OTD and inventory level data collection and analysis.
9、Monthly report on the actual sales vs. budget and provide analysis accordingly.
10、Working with external departments towards goals.
11、Other temporary jobs arranged by procurement manager or higher level management

Qualification:
1、Academic/Professional Qualification: Supply Chain 
2、Expertise/Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, 2+ years’ in using ERP or SAP as MM role
3、Language skills: Chinese and English 
4、Affinity with information systems
5、Process driven (especially procurement and SCM processes)
6、Interpersonal relations (convince people of change)

注塑车间生产主管
Key areas of accountability: 
1.	Responsible for supervising and inspecting the pre-production picking, mold and machine confirmation, and the first inspection of products to ensure that the production line starts and runs on time and the products are qualified for the first inspection.
2.	Responsible for supervising the production progress according to the actual production schedule and ensuring that the production plan completion rate is 100%. 
3.	Responsible for supervising and inspecting the production process and taking timely measures to improve problems or hidden dangers (safety, quality, events affecting progress, etc.) to ensure a 100% improvement completion rate.
4.	 Responsible for supervising and inspecting product acceptance and warehousing to ensure that the product quality pass rate is 100% and the warehousing is timely and accurate.
5.	  Responsible for supervising and inspecting the classification and sorting of defective products, and treating them after quality approval, ensuring that the returned materials and waste materials are treated separately and put into the defective warehouse and scrap warehouse respectively. 
6.	Responsible for supervising and inspecting the use of equipment, finding problems or hidden dangers, and taking timely measures to analyze and improve to ensure a 100% completion rate of improvement. 
7.	Responsible for controlling labor hours, MRO costs, and ensuring the consistency of monthly and annual inventory data.

Qualification:	
1．	Proficient in comprehensive injection molding expertise and injection molding automation knowledge;
2．	Have industry-related policy, legal knowledge and basic knowledge of project products;
3．	Have certain ability to write reports and plans;
4．	Have strong planning, organization, communication and coordination skills;
5．	have certain guidance, training, and problem judgment capabilities in injection molding and automation;
6．	25-40Y, College degree or above, more than 8 years of working experience in the injection molding industry, familiar with parameter adjustment, personnel management, efficiency management, material management, good at communication, assisting each group in handling automation, mold improvement, obeying management arrangements.
7．	Familiar with SAP system and production process documentation.
