Treasury Accountant 资金会计

 Responsibilities:



1. Maintain cash and bank journal , conduct cash stocktaking & cash reconciliation with JDE at month end & periodic 100% accurately & timely；

维护现金及银行日记帐，进行现金盘点以及月底现金和JDE的定期对账，做到100%准确及时；

2. Process payment for both ML and HK according to payment policy, payment terms & schedule strictly；

根据付款政策付款条件和时间表及时安排大陆和香港的付款；

3. Bank compliance，Bank in/out, Bank reconciliation timely & accurately at month end, push AP&AR accountant do necessary entry ASAP；

遵从银行规则, 及时通知相关人员关于银行的收入和支出，准确地在月末做出银行余额调节表，让AP&AR尽快清账；

4. Manage Loan draw down, Loan repayment and loan rollover and ensure no any loan interest delay；

管理贷款的提取偿还和展期业务，确保贷款利息无任何逾期；

5. Preparing bank slip for AP&AR or other related person timely and accurately；

及时准确地为AP&AR以及其他有需要的相关人员准备银行水单;

6. Bank maintenance for paper documents, bank information change;

负责银行维护以及银行资料的相应变更;

7. Other accounting admin work (reports)；

其他财务行政工作（报告）；

8. Involve in regular stocktaking process.

参与常规盘点过程。



Job Requirements:

1. College above major in accounting and economics, 1 year working experience in Accounting/Finance；

大专以上学历，主修会计或经济.有1年以上的经验；

2. Reasonable language skill in English, both spoken and written；simply excel & word data entry skill;

简单英文读写说,和基本的电脑操作技能;

3. Mathematical Reasoning;

较强数学推理能力;

4. Good service concept and be patient;

良好的服务意识和耐心;

5. Team fitness, willing to learn, can work under pressure;

团队合作精神，好学，能承受压力；

6. Result oriented;

结果导向；

7. Principled and Prudent.
