　　       柳州柳工叉车有限公司是广西柳工机械股份有限公司的全资子公司，是集研发、生产、销售为一体的专业叉车制造企业。公司注册成立于2007年8月10日，注册资金2.48亿元，具备年产台叉车及其零部件的生产能力。
      公司现有主要产品包括内燃叉车、蓄电池叉车及仓储叉车三大系列。其中，内燃叉车系列覆盖1吨~16吨叉车产品， 蓄电池叉车系列，覆盖1吨~3吨叉车产品。柳工叉车产品品种齐全，具有外观新颖、操作舒适、作业高效、维修方便等特点，性能优越，达行业先进水平。公司先后通过GOST-R认证、 CE认证等，确保了产品的可靠性与稳定性，满足国际标准要求，深受国内外用户的赞誉。
      柳州柳工叉车有限公司旗下的上海柳工叉车有限公司前身为上海沪光叉车厂，始建于1958年，在全国叉车行业中，年产量首家突破千台, 累计总产量首家超万台, 现在作为柳工叉车在长三角的生产基地。
      2012年12月，柳工山东临沂叉车工厂获批投资，作为柳工叉车十二五营销服务战略规划，将满足山东、河北、东北与华北市场的需求。

Company was incorporated on August 10 in 2007 with the registered capital of RMB 248 million yuan an annual output of  units production capacity of forklifts and parts.
    Current products include internal combustion forklifts，battery forklift and warehouse forklift. Internal combustion forklift series cover 1 ton to 16-ton products and battery forklift series cover 1 ton to 3-ton products. Products varieties of these two series are complete. Shanghai Liugong Forklift Co., Ltd., the first in annual production exceeding one thousand units and the first in cumulative production over ten thousands units in industry, has been Liugong forklift manufacturing base in the Yangtze River Delta. In Dec. of 2012, Liugong Shandong Linyi forklift factory was approved to found. It will meet market demand in Shandong, Hebei, Northeast and North China.
