职位描述：

1. Set up a system to monitor the day to day operation, including, production plan and scheduling, monitor production progress, organize and coordinate production resources, daily system input and ensure the completion according to schedule.
2. Flexibly adjust the number of workers or flexible working hours based on order volume. Set up KPI for all production sectors.
3. According to production needs, prepare a procurement and supply plan for materials, and implement it seriously, and promptly contact and solve production shortages of materials.
4. Continuously improve all aspects of production, such as process, technology, fixtures, work flow, and quality. If any problems are found, they should be promptly resolved and dealt with, and major issues should be reported directly to the general manager.
5. Responsible for formulating and implementing production capacity, consumable materials, and labor discipline;
6. Responsible for carrying out health and safety workplace, production and on-site management, labor protection, and environmental protection, and providing monthly reports to the headquarters
7. Produce high-quality products upon company's quality requirements. Assist Quality manager to liaise UK Quality team
8. Develop training plans for each employee, including on-the-job training and process training, and keep training records
9. Maintain regular third parties audit material and records.
10. Assist Country Manager to set up Engineer department to assist UK R&D function, including sampling, process, drawing, tooling, new products sign-off procedure etc.

职位描述：

1、Lead the Quality Assurance efforts within a high-volume manufacturing environment, focusing on achieving right-first-time quality across all processes. Use quality metrics reporting, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout.
2、Identify potential quality risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will have the ability to carry out internal and external audits to identify themes or areas for improvement.
3、Utilise advanced Quality tools such as Pareto analysis, Histograms, Scatter diagrams and more to analyse data, identify weak areas, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
4、Develop comprehensive Quality documentation where required, including control plans, operation standards, check-sheets, Quality standards, and procedures to ensure standardised processes. 
5、Maintain comprehensive records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.
6、Have knowledge of mass production assembly methods with Quality Assurance Identifying areas to enable process improvement and efficiency gains in manufacturing processes (reduce defects and waste).
7、Conduct training programs for operators to enhance their understanding of Quality Assurance practices, thereby improving overall quality outcomes.
8、Apply strong problem-solving skills, implementing corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent their recurrence (effective countermeasures). You will be familiar with 8D reporting and 5-Why analysis.
9、Collaborate in the New Product Development (NPD) process to ensure a seamless transition to mass production. 
10、Have familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and ensure Conformity of Product (CoP) is maintained.  
11、Collaborate with suppliers and offer support for supplier development as required, reinforcing quality standards, and enhancing partnerships. An understanding of injection moulding, paint application, polymers and composite manufacturing would be advantageous.
