　　　　传奇电气（沈阳）有限公司是由西门子（中国）有限公司和上海输配电股份有限公司共同投资.4万元（其中：西门子占65%、上海输配电有限公司占35%），在收购沈阳沈变互感器制造有限公司和迁移抚顺传奇套管有限公司的基础上建立的一家合资企业。公司坐落于沈阳市沈北新区道义经济开发区京沈西三街2号，占地.53m2，建筑面积m2，其中：生产面积m2。公司于2005年6月成立，2006年4月正式生产，年实现销售收入万元。公司现有员工300人，其中专业技术人员150人。<br>　　传奇电气（沈阳）有限公司分为人事部、财务部等9个部门、套管和互感器两个生产车间。主要生产套管和互感器两大类产品，套管主要生产17.5-550kv环氧树脂浸纸套管和40.5-1000kv油浸纸套管；互感器主要生产72.5-550kv油浸纸互感器。公司具有世界领先的套管、互感器设计制造技术，配有先进的计算机控制加工设备、工艺装备和检测设备。传奇电气（沈阳）有限公司于2006年10月通过上海sac的质量认证，并颁发证书；于2008年10月通过上海sac的环境认证，并颁布证书。<br>　　公司全体员工将遵循<b>“科技创新、系统管理、持续改进、客户满意”</b>的质量方针，为国际、国内输配电设备行业提供技术先进、质量可靠的产品。<br><br>trench high voltage products ltd., shenyang (thvs) is a sino-foreign joint venture company, based on purchasing shenyang shenbian instrument transformer ltd. and moving trench fushun busing co., ltd. (tfbc) to shenyang. the company is invested by siemens ltd., china and shanghai ptd ltd.. the total amount of investment in the company is rmb million, among which siemens ltd., china contributed 65% and shanghai ptd ltd. 35%. the company, located in no.2, jing shen xi san street, dao yi economic development zone, shen bei new district, shenyang, covers a site area of .53 square meters. the building area is  square meters in which the factory covers  square meters. the company, set up in june 2005, started production in april 2006, achieving annual sales revenues rmb350 million. the total number of employees is 300, in which the professional technologists account for a half.<br>thvs includes nine departments, such as hr and finance, and two workshops of bushing and instrument transformer. the two main products of thvs are bushings and instrument transformers. the main products of the bushing are 17.5-550kv epoxy resin impregnated paper bushings and 40.5-1000kv oil impregnated paper bushings, and the instrument transformer 72.5-550kv oil impregnated paper instrument transformers. the company uses advanced design and manufacture technology to make bushings and instrument transformers. all the manufacture equipment and test facility are computer controlled automatically. the company was awarded the quality management system certification of conformity in oct. 2006 and the environment management system certification of conformity in oct. 2008.<br>thvs will adhere to the quality policy of "technical innovation, systemic management, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction", supplying quality and reliable products to the ptd industry.
