职责内容/Responsibilities:
1.	按照部门程序和流程处理日常工作Handle sourcing daily routing job base on department procedure and process
1.1与研发对接，依据客户项目开发要求，找适合的供应商询价比价定价，有丰富的材料知识，能就材料特性和规格对项目提出改善建议和要求，并熟悉材料在市场上的应用和成本等信息；Connect with R&D, find suitable suppliers for inquiry and price comparison according to customer project development requirements, have rich knowledge of materials, Provide improvement suggestions and requirements on material characteristics and specifications, and be familiar with the application and cost information of materials in the market
1.2对新供应商依据体系和规格要求进行资格审核，包括体系、工艺流程、生产能力、品质管控等领域的审核；对现有供应商进行日常管理和评鉴Conduct qualification audit for new suppliers according to system and specification requirements, including system, process, production capability, quality control, etc. Manage and evaluate existing suppliers
2.	按照上级主管设定的目标设立自己的行动计划以确保达成部门及个人目标；Set detailed action plan to achieve own goal and department goal;
3.	与各协作部门保持良好的沟通完成各项工作，协助主管处理突发问题和其他任务. Keep smooth communication with other department to finish daily job, to assist supervisor handle emergencies and tasks
4.	及时维护开发基础数据到系统，确保数据的准确性Timely maintain and update sourcing basic data into the system and ensure the accuracy of the system data
5.	服从部门经理安排，处理指派的其他工作或任务Follow the instructions of the department manager to handle other work or tasks within the department
任职资格要求/Job Requirement :
1.	大专以上学历，有三年或以上同行业开发经验，熟悉IATF16949、ISO及VDA6.3体系及运作流程，有内审员资格College degree or above, with three years or more development experience in the same industry, familiar with IATF16949, ISO and VDA6.3 system and operation process, internal auditor qualification
2.	对变压器材料熟悉：规格特性、生产工艺流程、应用、关键参数等；Familiar with transformer materials: specifications, characteristics, production process, applications, key parameters, etc
3.	良好英文沟通能力，电脑软件操作熟练，熟悉SAP操作系统，数据分析能力强；良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧; Good English communication skills, proficient in computer software operation, familiar with SAP operating system, strong data analysis ability; Good communication and negotiation skills
4.	道德品行良好、思维敏捷、吃苦耐劳、有积极拓展精神; Good moral, honest, flexible, hardworking and active
