工作职责(Responsibilities):  
1、负责日常设备机器，回流焊，波峰焊及其它生产设备的管理，确保编程及过程控制正常。
Responsible for overall management of all equipment’s in Quasar.
2、自研或评估外购各种生产用设备。
Involves in equipment built in-house and assess the outsourcing of production equipment.
3、负责需要供应商介入的各种生产设备的维护和保养。
Responsible for the maintenance and repair needs of the involvement of equipment suppliers.
4、评估设备产能，确保设备产能达到公司要求。
Equipment capacity assessment to ensure the equipment capacity to meet the company requirements.
5、与其他同事一起开发自动和半自动设备以提高产能和效率。
Involves in automatic and semi-automatic equipment to increase productivity and efficiency.
6、处理上级交办的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

任职资格(Qualification) :
教育背景(Educational background):
◆  本科以上学历　
Bachelor degree or above.
工作经验(Work experience):
◆  5年以上相关设备维护保养工作经验
Above 5 years relative work experience in equipment maintenance.
◆ 良好的英语读写能力
Good command of English in reading & writing.
