Main Responsibilities: 
岗位职责：
•Responsible for project delivery, actively execute the project according to the project schedule, and ensure that the project delivery meets the project schedule, Responsible for project risk identification, early warning, and organization and formulation of backup plans.
负责项目交付,按照项目计划积极进行实施,并保证项目交付满足项目时间要求，负责项目风险识别，并提前预警，组织制定备份方案。
•Responsible for risk management throughout the project life cycle, effectively managing project scope and changes, taking appropriate actions to mitigate delivery risks and minimize schedule delays
负责项目全生命周期的风险管理,有效管理项目范围和变更,采取合理措施减轻交付风险,并最大限度减少工期拖延
•Responsible for summarizing the lessons learned after project delivery, summarizing project practices (including process, cost control and project management tools) 
 负责总结项目交付经验和教训,总结项目实践（包括流程、成本控制和管理工具等）
•Responsible for maintaining communication and reporting with customers and internal functional departments to ensure that key stakeholders have the same information and understanding of project status
负责保持与客户和内部各职能部门的沟通和汇报,确保各重要干系人对项目交付情况的信息和理解达成一致
完成上级交办的其他任务
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors


Job Requirements: 
任职要求：
•Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechatronics, electrical automation, etc
本科以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机电一体化、电气自动化等相关专业
•CET-4 or above, fluent in spoken and written English
英语CET-4级以上,英语说写流利
•1 years experience in automation equipment project management，Experience in related projects of auto parts is preferred.
1年自动化设备项目管理工作经验或者相关行业项目管理经验,有汽车零部件的相关项目经验者优先考虑。
•  Excellent business communication, project organization, customer relationship maintenance and exception handling ability, learning ability, self-driving ability and strong ability to withstand pressure.
具备优秀的商务沟通，项目组织，客户关系维护以及异常处理能力，学习能力，自驱能力和抗压能力强。
• Have a good professional image and professional quality.
具备良好的职业形象和职业素养。
