【Responsibilities】
•	Assist the Project Manager in planning, organizing & executing projects from concept to completion
•	Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, tracking project budgets
•	Back-office paperwork, reports, tracking documents, PR, PO, invoices, and others, manage project-related documentation and ensure all files are organized and up to date
•	Processing samples, photo, cataloging, labeling, sending & receiving courier packages
•	Client travel coordination & meeting room preparation
•	Cross function team communications
•	Assist in internal & external audits

【Qualifications】
•	Collage Certificate / Associate Degree / Bachelor Degree
•	3+ years’ experience in a supporting role for project management assistant or coordinator
•	Preferred with product experience for accessories / carry cases / softgoods / wearables / metal / plastic / consumer electronics
•	Required English written communications
•	Detailed oriented, organized
•	Able to work under pressure
