Key Responsibility: 
In charge of whole Project from Concept to Process Development till Mass Production which includes: 
1. Task assignment within team,
2. Coach team members to conduct Process Research and Test, DOE... 
3. Management of project process control and data report which is de-composed as following:
4. Bom Management
5. ECN procedure management
6. Material management
7. Data management
8. Line qualification(Equipment and Tooling) for MP management.
9. Documentation Management
10. EVT/DVT/PVT/Ramp/Mass Production/Maintenance and Troubleshooting /Continuous Improvement
Requirement: 
1. Major in PMP, 3-5 years project management experiences in manufacturing industry.
2. Good communication skill, good English reading and speaking.
3. Strong ability in Project Resource Organization and data analysis, data reporting . 
4. Good experiences in Project Control Tool like PERT, PROJECT, good in sheducle making and managing.
5. Have deep understanding of BOM, ECN, and SOP, Very familiar with NPI procedure.
6. Strong attitude of Pulling as an Engine, Driving result.
