•	Point of contact between suppliers in Asia and Xentris teams for mass production, inspection and field quality related topics.
•	Responsible and lead for supplier mass production quality management and supportive to sample inspection in NPI stages.
•	Perform sample/product quality inspection before shipment.
•	Gate keeper and maintainer of PPAP process.
•	Supportive in creating suppliers selection criteria, and participate in evaluation process.
•	Supportive in maintaining supplier scorecard, provide constructive feedback.
•	Participate in potential supplier audit and follow up closing the gaps with supplier
•	Leader of pilot run process and audit suppliers’ pilot run from mass production view.
•	Mentor and coach team members and suppliers.
•	Requires to be onsite of suppliers’ manufacturing sites to drive, manage and coordinate quality issues and solutions. 
•	Detail oriented, demonstrate positive attitude and working ethics, integrity. 
•	Others but not limited to above.
学历和经验:
Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering in Associate/Bachelor degree or equivalent; or more than 3 years related experience in electronic product quality inspection; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

语言能力:
Basic oral skill, good written and reading in Chinese. (English skill is a plus), able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, or members of the business community in Chinese & English. 

专业能力:
Skillful in electronic product quality inspection, familiar with GB2828/ISO2859/MILl-STD-1916 sampling inspection standards.
Experienced in mechanical processes like: tooling, plastic injection process, Ultrasonic welding process etc.
