岗位描述（ Job Responsibilities:）
1. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the Alibaba International Site store, ensuring the store image and product information are updated and optimized.
2. Analyze market trends and customer demands to develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies.
3. Manage and optimize product listings, including keyword selection, product descriptions, images, and pricing strategies.
4. Monitor store traffic and sales data, adjusting operational strategies in a timely manner to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
5. Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales service, maintaining good customer relationships.
6. Track competitor dynamics and adjust strategies promptly to respond to market changes.
7. Comply with platform rules, handling related compliance and intellectual property issues.

任职要求（Position Requirements:）
1. Associate degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in Alibaba International Site or other B2B e-commerce platform operations.
3. Familiar with e-commerce operation rules, possessing good market analysis and strategic planning abilities.
4. Good business communication skills and teamwork spirit.
5. Deep understanding of the cross-border e-commerce industry, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in office software and e-commerce backend management systems.
7. Preference for candidates with good English writing and speaking abilities.
