优合机构将成立一家新公司，恺恩家具有限公司分别设立于上海、北京、广州，专门代理德国König + Neurath品牌的家具直销。优合将在中国全力开拓该品牌在中国的直销市场，让更多国内设计建筑公司了解König + Neurath。
德国König + Neurath公司成立于1925年，总部位于德国法兰克福附近的城市Karben。作为德国为数不多的有能力提供全系列办公家具并具有综合生产能力的国际家具制造商，以”CITY”城市的概念营造办公空间，服务于众多全球知名企业。

U-TEAM, as the furniture manufacturer with the design concept agents to produce the system integration for the European brands of office furniture and materials, providing the integrated solution for the office environment and indoor design.  U-TEAM headquarters were settled in Shanghai in 2004.  With 3 larges production plants respectively located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, established dealer system in China, whose branding power and network also cover the whole country.  U-TEAM has set up a Joint-Venture with the German company ISARIA, named Shanghai U&I Corporate Design Co., Ltd.
U-TEAM will set up a new company K+N furniture Co., Ltd., in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, which special agent Germany König + Neurath furniture.  U-TEAM will focus on developing the brand via direct selling in whole China market.  It’s our target to let more domestic architectural design company know König + Neurath.
König + Neurath AG was established in 1925 based in Karben near Frankfurt am Main Germany.  As one of the few international manufacturers of complete ranges for office furniture, which has the ability to provide comprehensive production capacity, follow the concept of “offices as a city” serve numerous market-leading companies around the world.
