岗位职责：
1.	Data Collection and Preparation: Responsible for obtaining data from multiple sources and conducting preprocessing to ensure its accuracy and relevance.  数据收集和准备：负责从多个来源获取数据，并对其进行预处理，以确保其准确性和相关性。
2.	Data Processing and Analysis: Using various technologies and tools, such as Kettle, SQL, DAX, and Power BI, to perform operations such as data extraction, transformation, loading, and model building and algorithm design.  数据处理和分析：使用各种技术和工具，如Kettle、SQL、DAX和Power BI等，对数据进行抽取、转换、加载等操作，以及进行模型构建和算法设计。
3.	Reports and Visualization: Using tools such as SQL and Power BI to create attractive and easy-to-understand reports and charts. 岗位要求：
1.	2+ Years’ Experience in a Data Analyst role; preferably in sales, marketing, or manufacturing.  Connector Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, or Marketing experience is desired. 2年以上数据分析师工作经验；***是销售、市场营销或制造领域。期望具有连接器制造、运营、销售或市场营销经验。
2.	Possessing a solid understanding of statistics and mathematics that enables advanced data analysis. 掌握统计学和数学相关理论，能运用理论知识进行高级别数据分析。
3.	Familiarity with data processing techniques such as ETL processes and visualization, able to independently perform data analysis and processing tasks. 熟悉数据ETL流程和可视化等数据处理，能够独立完成数据分析和处理工作。
4.	Proficient in tools such as Kettle, SQL, DAX, Power BI, capable of efficiently and accurately completing data processing, analysis, mining, and modeling tasks. 熟练使用Kettle、SQL、DAX、Power BI等工具进行数据处理、数据分析、数据挖掘和建模工作，能高效准确地完成数据分析和挖掘任务。
5.	Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Natural Science, or Engineering is preferred.

6.	Good ability for listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
