Overview: This position is to take the lead in new product development field in NPD. It requires wide range of detail oriented knowledge and skill. Should have ability to obtain support from all resources available in different Southco facilities to fulfill tasks. Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and communicate with project leaders and designers as well as all related resources to introduce new product into mass production. 2. Take ownership to assigned new projects, handle cost estimate, prototyping, initial production, business system setup, and problem solving 3. Provide related tech instruction to teammates as to new project development. Assist NPD manager to improve the team capability. 4. Make sure the tooling, equipment, fixtures, BOM, WI, Flow chart etc are ready before release to mass production 5. Train operators on the production processes of the new products and assure the quality and safety. Requirements: 1. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Mechanical Automation is preferred. 2. Engineer Certificate preferred. 3. Good knowledge and practice of tooling/fixture, or mechanism design and developing. 4. A good team player with good interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills. 5. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in new product development field. Experienced in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, etc. Can coordinate manufacturing project to achieve the objectives. 6. Good Understanding of manufacturing process in Design for Assembly , Design for Manufacturing Concept etc. 7. Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred.

.岗位职责: 1.负责自动化产线系统项目的项目执行和设计工作：系统项目的需求分析，设计清单拆分，部件设计，产线布局图及各种原理图设计，系统项目中的沟通，联合设计，会签等，精通各类机械标准件的计算和选型，选择性价比高的标准件，处理项目安装调试过程中的机械问题； 2.协助项目团队对外包供应商进行技术审核和问题管理，保证项目机械设计质量和设计进度； 3.负责各类手爪，管线，换手架类、传动移载类部件、输送线类、台架，房体，底座类的设计 任职要求： 1、本科及以上，机械设计相关专业；精通使用AutoCAD绘图软件，精通使用SOLIDWORKS三维绘图软件； 2、具有3年及以上相关行业的非标机械设计经验； 3、熟悉气动，伺服液压等回路设计及主要部件供应商的产品； 4、具有整机总装类项目机械设计经验优先； 5、具有行架机械手或者机器人自动化系统机械设计经验； 6、具有头部客户群自动化系统机械设计经验； 7、具有机器人自动化系统集成方案经验； 8、具有零部件标准化设计经验； 9、具有机械加工及相关产线设计及施工经验优先 专业知识要求： 1、精通相关行业内的机械设计，精通行业内各部件的设计与设计规范； 2、精通伺服电机，减速机，液压元件，气动元件，真空元件等标准件的选型； 3、有良好的结构设计能力，熟悉机加工工艺，设计经济合理的机械结构； 4、具有电气选型的基础知识，了解基本元器件的功能参数； 5、根据行业工艺特点，制定模块化的标准化设计方案； 6、掌握SOLIDWORKS+PDM和AutoCAD软件使用；

岗位职责： 1、负责机械结构的设计，设计细化及制图； 2、负责设计前后有关技术文件的编制，包括产品设计规范、标准、指标及有关计算文件； 3、负责指导新产品生产、制造工艺的制定； 4、负责新产品的具体项目的实施，包括设计图纸/BOM表的建立； 5、负责旧产品的改造和设计，建模绘制和修改图纸/BOM； 6、负责解决所负责项目的产品在生产过程中出现的结构设计问题； 7、负责设备所需工装、夹具的研发、设计及改进工作； 8、负责机械产品的质量改进。 任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，机械制造类专业； 2、熟练使用Pro-E,Solidworks,CAD及办公软件； 3、工作积极主动，认真负责； 4、熟悉精益生产优先； 5、有包装机械行业经验优先。

岗位职责： 1、和老板外出洽谈重大工程项目，为项目工程提供强有力技术支撑； 2、根据客户提供的参数及工艺、产品的工艺流程图设计反应釜、各类换热器、各类冷凝器、蒸馏塔、浮阀塔塔类设备以及塔盘层数计算； 3、连接各类化工设备的各种压力管道设计计算，对各类设备和管道出具详细工艺参数及结构强度设计说明书； 4、策化拟定产品及技术中长期规划方案，报批执行； 5、负责单位一级产品/技术文件（如产品总成图）工艺方案，技改方案等等审批； 6、负责单位技术团队的管理与建设。 任职要求： 1、石油/化工等专业本科及以上学历； 2、能经常和老板外出洽谈重大工程项目，为项目工程提供强有力技术支撑； 3、年龄要求：35至60岁，约条件优秀者还可以放宽年龄要求； 4、对压力容器制造及国家规范十分熟悉，而且在压力容器制造厂技术总监干过五年者优先； 5、会使用A:CAD,UG,B:CAD,3DMAX,C:CAD,Pro/e,D:CAD,SOLIDWOrks四组软件中，任一组即可； 6、对化工工艺略懂，但对石油管道，化工设备设计及规范十分熟悉； 7、有工程师中级职称或高级职称(可以挂靠)。
