Point of Contact for International Business Act as the primary point of contact for our international clients/partners. Manage design communication, feedback, and revisions with global stakeholders. Lead and Guide Design Team Lead, mentor, and guide the design team to execute projects to spec and standard. Drive design quality, documentation, and design execution alignment across teams. Develop Furniture Collections Develop furniture collections aligned with brand positioning and market requirements. Research trends, customer needs, and competitive direction to support product strategy.
