Policies and Procedures, Quality System 政策流程和质量体系 A. Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; maintain/update quality engineering work instruction in order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards. 执行质量方针、程序和体系；维护/更新质量工程作业指导书，以确保业务程序符合QS和全球标准。 B. Involve in customer audit, implement responsible procedures and facilitate other departments to close their actions on time and fulfill requirement to our products and process in order to meet customer requirement and our quality system. 参与客户审核，执行负责的流程，为满足客户要求和我们的质量体系，协助其他部门按时完成行动计划以达到对我们产品和流程的要求。 2. Incoming Materials Quality Issue Handling 来料质量问题把控 Analyze and identify material issues found in production line, drive SQE for supplier improvement in order to maintain incoming material quality. 分析和识别生产线上发现的材料问题，推动SQE对供应商进行改进，以保持来料质量。 3. Process Quality Issues Handling 过程质量问题把控 A. Handle quality issues occurred in process in order to improve and maintain product quality performance, perform risk assessment to take proper disposition, develop improvement action to prevent the occurrence. 处理过程中发生的质量问题，以提高并保持产品的质量表现，进行风险评估，采取适当的处理措施，制定改进措施，防止这种情况的发生。 B. Drive improvement for nonconformance detected by QC. 推动QC发现的不合格品的改进。 C. Lead team to develop error-proof and mistake proof solution for quality risk identified. In order to achieve good quality performance of product. 为达成良好的产品质量表现，带领团队为识别出的质量风险开发防错措施和防错解决方案。 4. Customer Complaints/Feedback Handling 客户投诉反馈把控 Handle customers complaints including develop and implement customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan in order to maintain the relationship with customers and provide extraordinary customer experience to customer. 处理客户投诉，包括制定和实施客户投诉纠正和预防行动计划，以维护与客户的关系，为客户提供良好的客户体验。 5. Quality documents and criteria setting 质量文件和标准的设定 Develop quality engineering documents (QIP,WI,VA), set up and develop quality inspection criteria, prepare COC format in order to maintain product quality performance. 制定质量工程文件（QIP、WI、VA），建立和制定质量检验标准，编制COC格式，以保持产品质量性能。 6. Quality Improvement 质量改进 A. Develop and track assigned process quality improvement plan according to product quality performance and implement situation in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. Using the DMAIC method to drive the improvement. 根据产品质量表现和实施情况，制定并跟踪指定的过程质量改进计划，以提高和保持产品质量绩效。使用DMAIC方法来推动改进。 B. Work with team to qualify the process change/new line qualification/new machine, foresee quality risk and advise robust tooling/process design, identify the risk/gap and drive proper improvement action, follow up until action closed in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. 与团队合作，对工艺变更/新生产线资质/新机器进行鉴定，预测质量风险并建议可靠的工具/工艺设计，识别风险/差距并推动合适的改进措施，跟进直到措施完成，以提高和保持产品质量表现。 7. Follow up top failures in process, identify root cause and major contributor, drive team to take solid improvement action to improve. 跟进过程中的主要失效问题，确定根本原因和主要原因，推动团队采取可靠的改进行动来改进。 D. Validate the improvement action and follow up the result in order to maintain product quality performance. 验证改进措施并跟踪结果，以保持产品质量绩效。 Qualifications：岗位要求 1.College diploma major in engineering 工程相关专业，大专学历及以上学历 2.3 years electronics industry quality related working experience, 1 year SMT experience is preferred. 3年电子行业质量相关工作经验，1年SMT工作经验优先。 3.Green belt/Black belt certification is preferred, can lead the team to do the DOE/GR&R and data analysis ability. 绿带或黑带优先，能够带领团队做DOE/GR&R和数据分析的能力。 4.Familiar with manufacturing process of cable assembly, such as terminal and IDC crimping, soldering, electrical testing, singal integrity etc. 熟悉电缆组件的制造工艺，如端子和IDC压接、焊接、电气测试、信号完整性等。 5.Familiar with electrical industry specification such as IPC620, IPC610 etc. 熟悉电气行业规范，如IPC620、IPC610等。

*岗位职责* 1、负责新产品、新设备、新物料试作不良分析与质量验证； 2、负责产品生产过程质量异常的分析处理，并验证改善成效及后续结案追踪； 3、负责受理客户投诉，组织公司相关部门完成不良原因分析及改善对策，作成客诉调查报告回复客户，并验证改善成效及后期结案追踪； 4、配合业务需求实地处理客户抱怨； 5、掌握客户需求，在公司内部有效传递质量需求和产品质量信息； 6、推动品质改善活动，降低不良率及不良报废金额，减少客户投诉； *任职要求* 1、大专及以上学历，理工科相关专业优先考虑； 2、两年以上品质工程师工作经验优先，具备动手解决能力和沟通能力； 3、逻辑思维清晰、敏捷，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力和抗压能力； 4、能够独立分析与处理客户投诉，推动品质提升； 5、熟悉IATF16949管理体系及相关质量管理工具，如QC七大手法、SPC、FMEA等；

1、大专及以上学历，五年以上品质类相关工作经验； 2、掌握ISO9000/ISO14001/IATF16949管理体系的有关知识； 3、能运用各种质量管理方法及手段实施品质改善；如：FMEA (失效模式与效应分析) ; 4、熟悉五金冲压产品和工艺流程； 5、具有良好的沟通，组织协调和团队合作能力，工作主动性强，勇于承担责任； 6、熟练使用办公和CAD软件。

岗位要求： 1、性别不限，年龄25·35岁； 2、熟悉五金加工流程及产品FMEA制作，品质异常处理。 工作内容： 1、新产品质量评估，异常分析及纠正； 2、新产品相关标准制定，检查标准、外观检查方法，检测治具制定； 3、客户品质异常处理及维护； 4、品质报表统计检讨； 5、新品质量培训。

1、性别不限，年龄28-45岁，大专及以上学历； 2、从事五金加工行业，品质工程师3年以上工作经验者优先考虑； 3、熟悉相关质量体系程序； 4、熟悉质量五大工具APQP\PPAP\FMEA\MSA\SPC；

1） 男女不限，年龄25~35岁； 2） 高中以上学历，一年以上品质管理经验，能看懂产品图； 3） 熟练使用卡尺，千分尺，二次元,等测量设备；

工作职责： 1. 负责责任客户新产品质量策划； 2. 负责责任客户内部、外部品质问题主导处理； 3. 负责现场品质标准的提供、质量问题的跟踪； 4. 检验、生产操作人员的品质相关培训； 5. 与客户间品质问题的联络及处理等。 任职要求： 1. 大专学历，机电、机械或模具类专业优先； 2. 3年以上品质工程师工作经验； 3. 英语听说读写水平较好； 4. 熟悉ISO9001、TS16949质量管理体系； 5. 熟悉Office\Auto CAD 软件操作； 6. 懂五金、机械加工品质管理；熟悉五金、压铸基本加工工艺流程、加工特点。 7. 熟悉产品图纸及图纸尺寸要求的检测方法，能依据图纸自行设计非标检具。
