岗位职责：
1、为 Movinglife及SKARPER项目在中国开展零部件、产品寻源及供应商开发工作；
Sourcing components, products, and suppliers in China for Movinglife and SKARPER projects；
2、负责与国内工厂、供应商进行日常协调与跟进；
Daily coordination and follow-up with Chinese factories and suppliers；
3、生产跟进、质量管理，处理生产及供应商相关问题；
Production follow-up, quality management, and resolution of manufacturing and supplier issues；
4、支持产品开发相关工作，包含手板样件制作、测试、验证、工程变更以及产品优化改进；
Support product development activities, including prototypes, testing, validation, engineering changes, and product improvements；
5、与供应商紧密协作，对接电子及机电类零部件，包括电机、电池、控制器、传感器、线束及相关系统；
Work closely with suppliers on electronic and electromechanical components, motors, batteries, controllers, sensors, wiring, and related systems；
6、负责自行车、电动自行车的产品开发、零部件、生产、组装及测试相关工作；
Support bicycle and e-bike-related product development, components, manufacturing, assembly, and testing；
7、审查并跟进技术图纸、规格书、物料清单（BOM）、样品、原型样件以及各类工程文件；
Review and follow technical drawings, specifications, BOMs, samples, prototypes, and engineering documentation；
8、与英国 SKARPER 开发团队、以色列Movinglife总部保持日常沟通；
Daily communication with the SKARPER development team in the UK and Movinglife HQ in Israel；
9、协调对接国内设计师及各类合作方；
Coordination with our designer and other partners in China；
10、日常紧密对接泰都（TETRO及Movinglife其他供应商；
Close day-to-day work with TETRO and other Movinglife suppliers；
11、识别技术、质量、成本及生产工艺的改善提升机会；
Identify technical, quality, cost, and manufacturing improvement opportunities；
12、项目全周期跟进：从开发开发、模具、试产、量产及持续质量改善；
Follow projects from development and sourcing through tooling, pilot production, mass production, and ongoing quality improvement；
13. 上级交办的其他临时事务。Other temporary tasks assigned by superiors。
岗位要求：
1、具备丰富的国内工厂、生产厂商与供应商直接对接经验；
Strong experience working directly with Chinese factories, manufacturers, and suppliers；
2、电子类相关行业背景，具备自行车、电动自行车、电动出行行业经验优先；
Professional background in the electronics (bicycle, e-bike, electric mobility – preferable), or related industries；
3、有电机、电池、控制器、传感器、线束、PCB、连接器、充电器及机电系统相关经验优先；
Experience with electric motors, batteries, controllers, sensors, wiring, PCBs, connectors, chargers, and electromechanical systems is highly desirable；
4、具备机械工程专业知识及实际机械相关工作经验者优先；
Mechanical engineering knowledge and practical mechanical experience are an advantage；
5、有供应商开发、生产、质量、产品开发、工程或供应商协同相关经验；
Experience in sourcing, manufacturing, quality, product development, engineering coordination, or supplier coordination；
6、具备较强的项目协调、问题处理、供应商管理及跟进能力；
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, supplier-management, and follow-up skills；
7、可在国内供应商与海外工程、产品团队间清晰对接技术问题；
Able to communicate technical problems clearly between Chinese suppliers and international engineering/product teams；
8、工作积极主动、责任心强，能够独立开展工作；
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently；
9、能够在 TETRO / Movinglife 中国办公地点全职工作，并可根据工作需要外出拜访其他供应商；
Willing and able to work full-time from the TETRO / Movinglife China location and visit other suppliers when required；
10、流利的中英文书面与口语沟通能力
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
