Job Description
1.Project Management:
a) Lead end-to-end program management for consumer products, from concept to mass production.
b) Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
c) Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
d) Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including PD, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance.
e) Head up kick off meeting, team roster, assign DRI for different tasks, project status updates, MIL, Q&A
2.Product Development:
a) Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product specifications meet customer and market requirements.
b) Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation processes.
c) Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
3.Manufacturing Oversight:
a) Work closely with factory operations to ensure smooth transition from design to production, with official hand over after 1st shipment.
b) Monitor 1st shipment production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
c) Resolve any production-related issues that may impact product quality or delivery timelines for 1st shipment.
4.Supply Chain Coordination:
a) Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
b) Monitor material sourcing and material development status including costs with commodity management team.
5.Quality Assurance:
a) Collaborate with quality department to ensure products meet quality standards, testing, certification and customer expectations.
b) Coordinate with quality team to resolve any quality-related issues promptly, and to ensure the proper reporting from CQE
6.Stakeholder Communication:
a) Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, owners and leadership.
b) Ensure all project relevant files are shared with the correct teams for follow-up actions.
b) Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
c) Ensure all function teams are preparing and presenting relevant reports to leadership
7.Continuous Improvement:
a) Identify opportunities for process improvements for the overall project.
b) Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
8. Other work arranged by superiors.
Talent qualifications
1.Bachelor Degree, prefer to have PMP certificate or equivalent
2.Fluent in English & Chinese for both written & spoken
3..More than 10+ years working experiences
4. Had worked in a manufacturing environment, or had worked closely with factories
5.Familiar with accessories, materials, quality requirements & manufacturing processes used on consumer electronics, carry cases, protective cases, accessories, charging docks, cables, wearable health & wellness accessories, POS accessories, etc (CCC)
6. Experienced with project management process, timeline, schedule, cost & quotes, direct foreign client communications, x-team coordination, full process from A to Z including product development to NPI to mass production, project status reporting
7.Experienced with working with other SE Asia manufacturing locations, such as Vietnam, etc
