Job Description
● Focus on the Dong Guan Production Plant IT applications and SAP MES system support.
● Responsible for the 1st level support on problem resolution, incident management and change management to reach the manufacturing goals, in cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control and Quality Control.
● Assist the supervisor in MES project activities from analysis to development, release and support and collaborate with the Automation Competence Center in Italy headquarter.
What we are looking for:
● Bachelor in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
● Familiar with MS SQL Server preferred and knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL would be an advantage
● Knowledge of HTML / JavaScript / CSS and one or more libraries or frameworks such as SAPUI5, AngularJS, NodeJS
● Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Execution (SAP ME) and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII)
● Knowledge of machine integration protocols such as Modbus and OPC is a plus
● Knowledge of Kepware, ThingWorx and SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo) is a plus
● Fluent in Mandarin and English

● 负责东莞生产工厂的 SAP/MES 等系统维护，管理和支持
● 负责 SAP/MES 客户端的安装，为 SAP/MES 用户提出的传输、流程等相关工作提供技术支持
● 专责处理一级 SAP/MES 用户支持，具备问题解决、事件管理和变更管理方面相关经验，与制造工程部门、生产控制部门和质量控制部门紧密合作，以实现制造目标
● 协助主管进行 MES 项目工作，从分析、开发、发布到支持，并与意大利总部工业自动化中心作项目更新和汇报
● 负责 SAP/MES 项目对接，系统的安装和配置，对 SAP 系统和维护进行有效的管理
● 遵循既定 IT 管理流程和方法组织技术变更，主动向其他团队成员沟通困难和协调资源以及向上级汇报工作
任职要求 :
● 统招本科以上学历，计算机、自动化、信息化等相关专业
● 熟悉 MS SQL Server，了解 Oracle PL/SQL 者优先
● 了解 HTML / JavaScript / CSS 及 SAPUI5、AngularJS、NodeJS 等技术
● 了解 SAP 制造执行系统 (SAP ME) 和 SAP 制造集成与智能 (SAP MII)
● 了解 Kepware，ThinkWorx 和 SAP Plant Connectivity（SAP PCo）车间设备和系统集成者优先
● 了解 Modbus 设备网关和 OPC 通信标准者优先
● 具备一定管理能力，英语需可作为工作语言，口语流利
