Sales Assistant Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating the wood products business withintemational clients2. Assist in confimming matenals, colors, textures, and specification parameters acc ording todesign requirements
3. Full-process tracking of project workflows, including sample acreening, quotation, orderplacement, production coordination, shipment, and delivery.
4. Coardinate communication among the factory, logistics partners, and clients to ensure amoothproject progress
5. Organize project documents, samples, and records, and update project progress in a timelymanner
6. Candidates with the ability to explore new markets, develop new clients, and independentlycomplete transactions are preferred.Job requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher; 1. English proficiency must meet the standard for daily businesscommunication (including email, instant messaging, online meetings, and offline meetings).
2. Candidates with experience in foreign trade coordination, project coordination, or relatedindustries such as building materials, fumiture, and wood products are preferred.
3. Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
4. Candidates with experience in carpentry or interior decoration materials are preferred (trainingavailable).
