In this role, you will:
1. Act as a Customer Ambassador: Host domestic and international clients, demonstrating our company’s strengths with fluent English and a professional image.
2. Serve as a Communication Bridge: Respond promptly to overseas customer inquiries via email, video conferences, and other channels, providing effective solutions.
3. Be a Growth Driver: Post product updates on various international social media platforms to attract potential clients and explore new business opportunities.
4. Collaborate as a Team Player: Work closely with our internal technical team to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a fresh graduate or has less than 1 year of work experience.
• Is fluent in English (both written and spoken) and can confidently use it as a working language.
• Has a quick learning ability and a strong interest in sales and marketing.
• Possesses a professional appearance and excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Is motivated, resilient, and willing to take on challenges.
• Has experience in student unions, clubs, or extracurricular activities (preferred).
