1. College degree or above, majoring in mechatronics, industrial engineering, electronics, mechanics or related fields; 
2. Compilation and maintenance of product operation instructions, as well as assessment and determination of standard working hours for product production;
3. Take the lead in the preparation, modification and control of technical documents, process documents and management documents related to process control;
4. Be responsible for monitoring the process technology capabilities during production and the process technology certification of the external supplier system.
5. Be responsible for the analysis and improvement of problems that arise during the introduction, trial production, mass production and other processes of new products;
6. Strong ability to analyze and handle product defects;

   PIE工程师职责描述：
1，大专以上学历，机电一体化、工业工程、电子、机械或相关专业大专以上学历；;。
2、产品作业指导书的编写和维护及产品生产标准工时评估、测定;
3、主导过程控制相关的技术文件、工艺文件和管理文件的编制、更改、控制;
4、负责监控生产过程中工艺制程能力及外部供应商体系的工艺技术认证;
5. 负责新产品的导入、试产、量产等过程中出现的问题的分析与改善;
6. 较强的产品不良分析及处理能力;
7. 工作认真积极、责任心强，有团队精神，服从上司的工作安排
8. 能用英语作为工作语言，进行有效的沟通。

岗位职责：
职责一:工艺标准
    1.负责编制公司操作性指导文件；
    2.结合工艺流程和成本要求，制定产品标准工时。
职责二:生产线技术支持
    1.生产线异常问题处理;
    2.设计、改进、优化生产治具；
    3.改进和解决“瓶颈”工序，优化线体平衡率、提升设备稼动率、优化工艺参数，降低人员工时损耗、提升直通率、免调率。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，25-35岁;
2.熟悉电子产品工艺制作标准;
3.有现场跟进能力，能迅速处理产线异常;
4.2年及以上电子行业 PIE工作经验；
5.熟悉工艺文件流程图，SOP、标准工时统计、CP和 PFMEA 等;
6.掌握 Word、Excel等办公软件，熟练运用 CAD、Creo等制图软件;
7.有责任心、上进心、良好的沟通和协调能力及团队精神;
8.有继电器工作经验者优先考虑;
9.可接受优秀应届生。
