The Electrical/Electronics Engineer will lead electrical and electronic development for Early Light and KUVON products incorporating sensors, batteries, charging systems, displays, lighting, motors, communications, controls, cameras, and other smart-product technologies.
The position will work closely with industrial design, mechanical engineering, firmware/software resources, component suppliers, manufacturing partners, and testing laboratories to develop reliable and production-ready electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop electrical architectures for new consumer products.
Design and/or manage PCB development, schematics, component selection, and electronic-system integration.
Develop battery, charging, power-management, sensor, motor-control, lighting, display, audio, camera, and communication solutions.
Work with mechanical engineering to optimize electronic packaging and product architecture.
Coordinate firmware and embedded-software development internally or with external Develop prototypes and conduct electrical testing, debugging, and design verification.
Support wireless technologies including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other communication protocols when required.
Support development of connected and smart products.
Develop production test requirements and support manufacturing-test equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues during EVT, DVT, PVT, pilot production, and mass production.
Support regulatory and product-compliance testing, including applicable EMC, electrical safety, battery, wireless, FCC, CE, and related requirements.
Manage sustaining-engineering activities, component substitutions, obsolescence, cost reductions, and engineering changes.
Utilize AI-enabled tools for circuit development, component research, debugging, documentation, firmware support, test-data analysis, and design optimization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing electronic consumer products.
Demonstrated experience taking electronic products from concept through mass production.
Strong understanding of PCB design, electronic components, power management, batteries, charging systems, sensors, and embedded electronics.
Experience integrating electronics into injection-molded consumer products.
Experience with prototype development, debugging, validation testing, and manufacturing support.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for consumer electronic products.
Experience with sustaining engineering and electronic-component lifecycle management.
Experience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, IoT, mobile-app-connected products, or smart consumer products preferred.
Experience using AI-assisted electronics, firmware, debugging, or engineering tools strongly preferred.
资格
