职位描述：

助理测试工程师*5，综合薪资：年薪14~18万。
职位要求:
Responsibilities（职责）:
1.Closely monitor daily production process including product yield, SPC, ESD, 5S, etc. and work out improvement action plan（密切监控日常生产工艺的各项数据，包括产品合格率、SPC、ESD、5S、等)，并快速反馈，制定改进行动计划
2.Plan PM/calibration schedules to keep the equipment in best condition（制定设备日常维护和校准计划，以保持设备性能）
3.Be responsible for statistical process control, Failure analysis, yield and scrap cost tracking.（负责统计过程控制，失效分析，良率和报废成本跟踪）
4.Liaise and communicate internally among all members to ensure smooth operating of the team（与所有成员进行内部沟通，确保团队的顺利运作）
Requirement（要求）:
1.Fresh university graduate or with 1-3 years working experience（应届大学毕业生或有1-3年工作经验）.
2.Basic knowledge of Mechanical and electrician knowledge. With the concept in statistical process control（机械基础知识，电工知识。并具有统计过程控制的概念）.
3.Good spoken and written English, and application of office software（良好的英语口语和书写能力，熟练使用办公软件）
4.Problem solving, good understanding and team spirit（善于解决问题，有良好的理解能力和团队合作精神）
