岗位职责：
1、负责公司质量管理体系的建立、实施和维护，确保符合ISO标准；
2、制定和完善质量管理流程，监督各部门执行情况；
3、组织并指导来料检验（IQC）、制程检验（IPQC）及制程质量控制（PQC）工作；
4、分析生产过程中出现的质量问题，提出改进措施并跟踪落实；
5、定期汇总质量数据，编制质量报告，为决策提供依据；
6、协调跨部门沟通，推动质量问题的快速解决；
7、培训和指导团队成员，提升整体质量管理水平；
8、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：
1、年龄18到45岁；
2、学历不限，有2-3年品质主管经验者优先；
4、熟悉ISO质量管理体系及相关标准；
5、掌握质量检测工具及办公软件的使用；
6、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力；
7、良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力；
8、工作细致认真，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力；
9、语言能力不限，但需具备基本的书面和口头表达能力。

Requirements
职位要求
1.	Bachelor degree or above, technical background, major in polymer materials is preferred;
技术背景的本科以上学历，高分子材料专业优先。
2.	At least 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing companies, preferably in plastic extrusion industry or automobile industry; 
至少5年制造业质量管理经验，在塑料挤出行业或汽车行业优先。
3.	Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system;
熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系。
4.	Knowledge about IATF16949 quality system;
了解 IATF16949 质量体系。
5.	Quality control tools knowledge; experience of six sigma management tools;
具备质量控制工具知识；具备六西格玛管理工具经验。
6.	Initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork ability;
积极主动，责任心强，有良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
7.	Good command of English (written and spoken).
熟练掌握英语（书面和口语）。
