岗位职责: Sales Executive 1 Group Booking Executive 1 Qualification : • Male only • Bachelor’s Degree in any related filed • At least 2 years’ experience in related filed • Good command in English , Chinese , Thai (if possible) • A smart appearance • An outgoing personality and cheerful character • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities to meet deadlines • Ability to travel • Base at Shenzhen Job Description : Sales Executive • Sales Planning and target setting • Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets • Sales Recruitment and management of agency channel team members • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts • Analyze sales statistics • Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans • Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits Group Booking • Sales support and sales coordinator of group sales via telephone and e-mail channel. • Sales support for group Government & Corporate via telephone and e-mail channel. • Sales support for special group , VIP, CIP, Famtrip. • Sell group ticket (10 person or above) short haul flight as Domestic , and International flight as China and Indochina flight. • Reservation booking via Sky Speed system. • Accompany as whole sales with Thai travel Agency , China Travel Agency& all International Travel Agency. • Control and settle job flow of reservation task. • Support some administrative tasks which case concern with flight operations. • Follow up payment and update payment after get confirm from finance. • Follow up about tax invoice when client request. • Send report to accounting team for issue full tax invoice as follow up when Travel agent request. • Send process to refund and follow up in case concern with group sales. • Concern to inform client who booked via group booking channel when flight delay or cancel. • Fill up name list all of group sales passenger. • Cooperation with Ground Team when get request pre-check in from client or any special request. • Send request special fare to Route Revenue Team when get special request from our client or any special group. • Check report of subscription Name : Group : TBA daily (For Group not upload name list) to help flight plan team • Research massive market share of business airlines and create strategy to undercut with competitor. 要求投中英文简历+照片！
