Overview 

Joby Metal is seeking a Production Planning Specialist to join the production planning team of our aerospace precision metal parts manufacturing company. You will be mainly responsible for formulating and following up on production plans according to production orders, inventory status, material supply and capacity arrangements, and coordinating with relevant departments such as purchasing, warehouse, production, quality and engineering to ensure that production tasks are completed on time, with quality and in quantity. This position requires strong data analysis, communication and coordination, and planning abilities, and the ability to promptly discover and deal with problems such as production progress delays, material shortages, and abnormal capacity, so as to ensure smooth production operations and improve delivery punctuality and resource utilization efficiency 

【岗位职责】 

根据客户订单、产能及库存情况，编制周/月生产计划。 

跟踪生产进度，协调解决生产过程中出现的异常问题。 

结合物料到货、设备产能、人力安排等因素，合理调整生产排程。 

与采购、仓库、生产、品质等部门沟通，确保物料供应和生产交付。 

协调生产，监督生产计划，生产物料的跟进与控制，成品出货安排。 

监控库存水平，协助控制呆滞料、缺料及过量生产风险。 

熟练操作公司的MES系统进行日常工作 

Responsibilities 

Prepare production plans based on customer orders, production capacity, and inventory levels. 

Track production progress daily, and coordinate to resolve any abnormalities or issues during production. 

Adjust production schedules reasonably based on material availability, equipment capacity, and manpower allocation. 

Communicate and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Quality departments to ensure timely material supply and production delivery. 

Coordinate shop-floor production, monitor the execution of production plans, follow up and control production materials (WIP), and arrange finished goods shipment. 

Monitor inventory levels to assist in controlling risks of slow-moving/obsolete stock (E&O), material shortages, and overproduction. 

Proficiently operate the company's MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for daily work. 

【任职资格】 

1.经验与背景 

大专及以上学历，生产管理、物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业优先。 

熟悉生产计划、物料控制及制造流程。 

熟练使用 Excel、ERP/MRP 等办公及生产管理系统。 

具备良好的沟通协调能力、数据分析能力和抗压能力。 

工作细致严谨，责任心强，具备较好的计划性和执行力。 

2.专业技能 

从订单下发到交付全流程跟踪生产进度，能及时协调处理质量异常、交期延误等问题，快速推动问 

题解决，保障生产需求不受影响。  

英语可作为工作语言（读写流利，口语可进行业务沟通），有跨国工作或对接经验者优先。 

3. 核心能力  

跨部门协调能力，能与工艺、生产、采购、质量有效配合。   

英文听说读写能力良好，能直接参与国外进行会议  

Required 

Associate degree or above; majors in Production Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred. 

Familiar with production planning, material control, and manufacturing processes. 

Proficient in using Excel, ERP/MRP, and other office and production management systems. 

Good communication and coordination skills, data analysis skills, and ability to work under pressure. 

Detail-oriented, rigorous, responsible, and equipped with strong planning and execution abilities. 

Desired 

Track production progress throughout the entire process from order release to delivery; promptly coordinate and handle issues such as quality abnormalities and delivery delays, quickly drive problem resolution, and ensure production requirements are not affected. 

English can be used as a working language, with fluent reading and writing skills and the ability to conduct business communication verbally. Candidates with multinational work experience or experience working with overseas counterparts are preferred. 

Key Competencies  

Strong cross-functional coordination skills, able to work effectively with Process Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality departments. 

Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to directly participate in meetings with overseas customers and teams.
