Job holder is in charge of the supply chain at AMS-Zhongshan and help manager to control the timely and cost effective procurement of all parts, components and other production materials to meet and satisfy the company’s production requirements and the customers’ delivery and quality needs. He has the overall responsibility for the company’s inventory management and also support AMS-Group.
Duties & Responsibilities
Procure all material required to support production schedules and inventory objectives set out by the Manager.
Verify requisitions through stock checks, create purchase orders
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the lowest possible cost while maintaining an acceptable level of quality and achieving on-time-deliveries
Follow-up on open purchase orders
Source and help develop new and alternative sources of supply
Help AMS-Group supplier Chain to find local supplier.
Develop and maintain a competitive commodity supply, ensuring that the company stays competitive in its various markets.
Work with marketing, manufacturing, engineering and maintenance to ensure product meets the delivery and quality requirements of the company.
Communicates well with vendors and prepares and processes the returns of non-conforming products
Ensure accuracy of all pricing entered
Develops and maintains supplier evaluation records and maintains and monitors an up-to date supplier database
Deals, on a daily basis, with the company customs brokers to ensure the smooth and timely importof products.
In charge of company’s physical inventory processes and the accuracy of the company’s inventory valuation.
Responsible for the logistics of all inbound and outbound transportation and custom clearance and issuance of appropriate import documents.
Establishes freight and brokerage policies and guidelines.
Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and import/ customers documents。

Requirement：
3yearsprovenworkingexperience ina sourcing and procurement capacitywithina manufacturing environment.
Able tocommunicatewith supplier and customer by Chinese and English.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
Working experience inquality standard system ISO 9001
Ability to gather and analysis data and to work with numbers and currencies.
BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
