AirFranceislookingforaself-motivatedteamplayerforthefollowingposition:Sales& ServiceCenterAgent(Guangzhou)AirFrancewasfoundedin1933andmergedwithKLMRoyalDutchAirlinesin2004toformtheAirFranceKLMGroup.Intheregion,weoperateflightsfromthefollowingcities:Guangzhou,Chengdu,Hangzhou,HongKong,Beijing,Shanghai,Taipei,WuhanandXiamentoAmsterdamandParis.WearelookingforanAgentfortheAirFranceCallCenterinGuangzhou.MissionContributetotheincreaseofAirFranceKLMmarketshareandrevenuebypromotingAirFranceKLMproductsandservicesandbycreatingcustomerloyaltyandsatisfaction.Duties& Responsibilities·Providebestinclassservicebyhandlingcustomer’srequests(byphone,email,socialmediaoranyotherchannel)incompliancewithAFKLMqualitystandards,withspecialcaretopremiumcustomers·ProposeandsellAirFranceKLMproductsandservicesinlinewithcustomer’sandpartner’sneeds,promotetheFlyingBlueprogrammeandprovidewebsupportandafter-salesassistance·Dealwithcustomers’claimsandrequestsfollowingcompany’spolicyandguidelinesandcreatingwin-winoutcomesforbothcompanyandcustomer·Voicecustomer’sfeedbackbypassingoninformationreceivedfromcustomerstoconcernedAFKLMdepartmentsQualifications& Competencies·UniversityDegree·Computerliteracy·Verygoodinterpersonalandcommunicationskills·Abilitytoworkindependentlyandunderpressure·Workingexperienceinanairlineorsharedcontactcentreispreferable.·FluentinEnglishandMandarin.FrenchorCantoneseisaplus.·Energy,Flexibility,TeamWork& CustomerFocusCareerDevelopmentOpportunities:Staffwith1yearseniorityareeligibletoapplyforaninternaltransfer/promotionuponsuccessfulinterviewforotherpositionsavailablewithinAirFranceandKLMinMainlandChina.Applicationswhichdonotmeetalltherequirementsandqualificationswillnotbeconsidered.
