Job Summary

1. Overall responsibility of sub team's Account Receivable process performance's quality;

2. Monitor AR transactions to ensure Billing is timely and accurately recorded;

3. Monitor AR collection to ensure accounts clearing are compliantly, timely and accurately executed;



Key Responsibility

1. Lead AR sub-team to ensure accurate and timely daily transactions;

2. Responsible for critical AR process issue troubleshooting, and respond to escalated issue from stakeholders, including customers, tax, sales team, local finance team, etc.

3. Provide first level operation support to sub-team accountants

4. Cooperate with internal and external audit to ensure the compliance



Supervision and Management

1. Follow predefined measurement to manage team member and sub processes' performance and provide feedback

2. Establish people back-up plan and core team member plan

3. Establish and coach the AR sub-team to ensure smooth daily operation; periodic and regular training to AR accountant are required;



Qualifications Requirement

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related areas is a must;

2. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and process, especially in AR;

3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and other related office software;

4. CPA or other equivalent accounting certificate are preferred,
