quality control inspector- in a global trading companyfoshan shunde compfitt trading co., ltd. has undergone a swift transformation carried through by an ambitious strategy aimed at making the company a leader in the global marketplace. as a consequence, we set high standards for ourselves and others. for the right person we offer exciting opportunities in a global company that places emphasis on customer satisfaction and employee well-being.the job (responsibility)you will be working in close collaboration with our tracking& suppliers and your job will mainly consist of the following responsibilities:•visit suppliers for fulfilling qc inspections according to specifications•fill out qc report, and reply to suppliers if okay or not.•prepare for inspections with transport planning, supplier contact, tools and samples•communicate result to suppliers and own organization according to standards.•do test at our own facility, and other related things that belongs in qc-dep.•report to qc manager by using standard formula•responsible for reimbursement according to company rules and policiesyou will mainly be working at the chinese headquarter in daliang town, shunde, foshan.skills required:•must be honest a team player and quick learner.•fluent in chinese spoken & written. english in level cet.6 or higher.•good computer skills, familiar with microsoft office•must be able to understand the inspection criteria and be able to identify defective component after inspection.•proficiency in the use of standard measuring device, i.e. calipers, micrometers, altimeter, tape measurement etc.•must be able to read and understand engineering drawings•must be able to use and understand international standards•must have effective communication with supplier.•be familiar with iso and quality management systemwe are looking for a person, who is interested in working in a global company and in continual personal development through the job. your character and personal traits could best be described as honest, hardworking, loyal, and willing to take responsibility. you must be good to follow company’s rules as living standards and respect others.special attributes•ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interfaces with colleagues and suppliers in a cross functional environment•ability to establish good and clean office standardpreferred work experience•minimum of 5years’ experience in quality control•work experience in a foreign company as well as a certain technical knowledge is preferredpreferred process experience•- surface treatment processes – powder, chrome, anodising, zinc plating, hot dip galvanising, brushed, polished etc•- casting processes ( die casting, sand casting, foundry,)•- metal stampings (forming, bending, shearing, hemming etc.)•- plastic injections•- extruding•- welding process•- packingpreferred experiences will be an advantage, but is not a must.education:a graduate of engineering with bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotivewe offeran exciting and many-side position in a international trading company.salary and terms of employment are negotiated cf. the requirements of the position and your qualifications and skills.more information about compfitt group at www.compfitt.com&www.compfitt.com.cnyou are welcome to send your application in english and chinese to email: fscjob@compfitt.com.cnplease indicate your salary expectation.
