Overview: Take the leading responsible for the success of SBU Custom , Modification Project in Asia. Work with various product development teams, product management, Southco facilities, outsource and alliance partners, etc. Must manage mutiple projects simultaneously from application, design, to product launch to meet customer requirements and to ensure project follows established WorkFront procedures and work instructions. PM need to provide daily direction for various team members and keep a sense of urgency for meeting the established goals and timelines. PM need to provide financial analysis as needed during the process, has budgetary responsibility for product development programs to ensure the product costs meet targets. PM need to provide feedback to the relative engineering managers/supervisors on individual team members’ performance. PM will lead a project team by influence, oversee the project and act as a single contact to the customer. PM will help attain customer loyalty and satisfaction while also achieving internal metrics such as earnings, on-time deliveries, and project quality. Project Engineer drives strategic business growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing high-value client partnerships. This role requires balancing technical expertise with commercial acumen to convert opportunities into profitable long-term contracts.This role requires to orchestrate end-to-end pricing strategies and contract negotiations, serving as the critical nexus between sales, engineering, and finance teams. This role demands acute commercial acumen to balance profitability with competitive positioning in manufacturing/automotive sectors. Responsibilities: PROJECT MANAGEMENT: In charge of project kick off, compile project plan and setup cross function project team. Define project development timing plan and action plan with team organize project regular meeting and closely follow up project progress and ensure development timing. Responsible for risk management,cost management, change management within the development phase. Drive team for problem solving, cross function communication,management reporting. Strategic Pricing Developmen: • Lead RFQ analysis with cross-functional teams, identifying technical/commercial risks and formulating mitigation plans • Develop dynamic pricing models incorporating material cost fluctuations, currency exchange variables, and regional market factors • Maintain competitor intelligence database to benchmark pricing strategies and value propositions TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Support product design and new application. Work with engineering team to ensure design reviews, DV, PV PROJECT PRIORITIZATION: Coordinate and prioritize daily activities of project staff in support of achieving the project objectives.Ensuring proper staffing and resources to fulfill project targets together with the line managers of thevarios team members. LAUNCH AND AFTER LAUNCH SUPPORT: - Support quality engineer in completing PPAP/EMPB documentation - Support PSW - Ensure that prototype, pre-production and production build dates and requirements are met. Requirements: 1. Project management or related certification 2. Bachelor degree or above experience in mechanical,automation related professional 3. 5 years work experience in engineering or project management. Experience in product development, manufacturing or operations a plus. 4. Able to interface effectively with suppliers and customers 5. Able to manage complex projects and work with people at all levels of the organization. 6. Cost Breakdown Analysis, Multilingual Negotiation 7. Good written (English), oral communication and in-person presentation skills 8. Lead E/H project development experiecence will be plus

Supplier Quality Continual Improvement • Suppliers process capability study, tracking and improvement • Suppliers measuring system evaluation and improvement • Suppliers quality defects analysis, re-occurrence problems investigation, and corrective/preventive action, and on site audit • Suppliers training on parts specification, inspection skill and quality tools • To conduct failure parts analysis and 8D procedure - Lead problem solving activities to ensure root cause is established and corrected/prevented from recurrence, with timely 8D closure. 5. Suppliers and receiving inspection's data/files maintenance and management -- Report SQ/SD progress on monthly basis 6. Guide and coach other SQ/SD staff for Quality tools and issues resolution Requirements: 1. University degree in Mechanical or Metal material industry 2. Familiy with die-casting&CNC process, have painting&plating experiment is best. 3. 6- 8 years working experience in supplier quality management 4. Strong Knowledge of quality tools eg( APQP, PPAP, SPC, Cpk, FMEA) 5. ISO9000 – 2000 conversant with working knowledge of TS16949

Overview: The Supplier Development Engineering – Categories is responsible for managing multiple strategic categories as identified by Corporate Supply Chain. Also, should be on site control of supplier production process and quality 100% to Southco requirements. This role not only manages key categories in vendor development, monitors Key Performance Indicators for each managed category (including new project/vendors development, new manufacturing process, Delivery, Average Cost Per Piece, Number of Suppliers, Average Payment Terms, PPM). But also, continually quality improvement, works with suppliers’ quality team to ensure pre-shipment inspection on site in supplier plant. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and communicate strategy/plans including CNC Machining, or Alu&Zinc Casting, or Investment Casting, or MIM, or Stamping category. To include at a minimum, annual quality/delivery/cost improvements, supplier selection and rationalization. 2. Monitor performance of Machining/Alu&Zinc Casting/Investment Casting/MIM/Stamping categories using scorecard achieving year on year improvement goals. On site to support vendor delivery and quality. 3. Monitor market conditions, price trends, and potential opportunities – develop and implement action plans to maximize value. 4. Lead complex and strategically important negotiations. Provides negotiation advice and directions to other procurement team members. (Establishes key objectives) 5. Project Management of Category Cross Functional Teams to achieve project goals. 6. Manage financial and risk mitigation. Calculates Total Cost of Ownership. 7. Generate specific knowledge of technical requirements involved with assigned categories responsibility. 8. Develop successful business cases and recommend changes to senior management. 9. Professionally resolve problems (both internal and external) in a fair and ethical manner Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technological, Business or related area 2. Minimum five years’ Manufacture/Quality Experience. A clear and practical understanding of the use of quality improvement methodology such as PPAP, 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, Poka-yoke etc. 3. Quality tools is must and CPSM Certification prefer 4. Working knowledge of ERP, Lean Manufacturing, 5. Excellent communication/negotiating skill, Ability to lead global, virtual teams 6. Proven track record of improving quality, delivery, cost with suppliers. 7. Multi-cultural teamwork experience. 8. Good working knowledge of global supply market capabilities, pricing policies, best practice category management, spend management, tools and templates, and effective stakeholder management.
