Overview:
1. To lead and manage the overall planning function of the company, including annual/quarterly/monthly operational planning.
2. To oversee the planning & warehouse & logistic team, formulates standardized planning processes and systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, proceurement, finance and production.
3. To monitor and manage the healthy and lean inventory level to support company business development goal. 

Responsibilities:
1. Establish and improve the company’s planning & warehouse & logistic management system, standardize planning & inventory & logistic formulation, review, approval, implementation, monitoring and adjustment processes, and ensure the standardization and efficiency of planning work. 	20%
2. Formulate planning & inventory & logistic performance evaluation indicators, track and assess the implementation effect of various plans, to achieve company Scorecard KPIs. 	20%     
3. Work with sourcing and logistics teams to optimize material supply planning and inventory management planning, reduce inventory value and shortage risks through E&O review. 	20/%
4. Lead, manage and develop the planning team, including recrouting, training, performance appriaisal, and career development guidance for team members, building a high-performance planning team. 	20%
5. Collaborate closely with Sales department to join S&OP meeting with operations’ capacity/constraints status	10%     
6. Participate in company’s major events and strategic meetings, provide professional planning advice and drive them for OTP improvement & inventory reduction & logistic cost down improvements.	10%     


Requirements:
1. B.S. or above with major in business/logistics/Supply Chain Management/Statistics or other related fields.	
2. 5+ years working experience in production & material planning & warehouse and logistic management in multinational manufacturing companies
3. Have knowledge of ERP/MRP II system, prefer SAP, and Microsoft office software	
4. Familiar with Metal parts’ manufacturing processes.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English.	
6. Team management experience is the must.

Overview:
This position is to take the lead in new product development field in NPD. It requires wide range of detail oriented knowledge and skill. Should have ability to obtain support from all resources available in different Southco facilities to fulfill tasks.
 
Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate and communicate with project leaders and designers as well as all related resources to introduce new product into mass production.
2.Take ownership to assigned new projects, handle cost estimate, prototyping, initial production, business system setup, and problem solving
3.Provide related tech instruction to teammates as to new project development. Assist NPD manager to improve the team capability.
4.Make sure the tooling, equipment, fixtures, BOM, WI, Flow chart etc are ready before release to mass production 
5.Train operators on the production processes of the new products and assure the quality and safety. 

Requirements: 
1. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Mechanical Automation is preferred.	
2. Engineer Certificate preferred.
3. Good knowledge and practice of tooling/fixture, or mechanism design and developing.
4. A good team player with good interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills.
5. Minimum 8 years’ working experience in new product development field. Experienced in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, etc. Can coordinate manufacturing project to achieve the objectives.	
6. Solid working experience with mechanical automation and/or automated assembly line is preferred. Good Understanding of manufacturing process in Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturing Concept etc.
7. Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred. 	

职位描述：

Overview:
1)Follow up the new project and build the quality control documents (CP , PPAP , PV testing report etc.), build the specification for cosmetic and function, build the boundary samples before mass production;
2)Follow up with customer complaints for prototype and mass production, work with team to define the root cause and corrective action , then complete the 8D report to customer and close the QN in SAP system; 
3) Provide the quality control data to NPD team for improvement in NPI station; 
4)Lead quality improvement projects (Lean projects) for repeat / critical quality problems; 5) Review and follow up the internal quality system audit.
 
Responsibilities:
1.Validate and set up quality control process for new products.
2.Handling quality issues daily from different process or products.
3.Handle quality complains from external customers, assemble internal team to analyze the issue and find solution per 8D process, then feedback to customer to close complains timely.
4.Provide coaching and trainings about company quality policy and specs, and key customers’ mechanical specs
5.Analyze quality status of key products, filter top issues, and drive quality improvement of related internal process.
6.Other works assigned by manager.

Requirements: 
1. Bachelor of Material/Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering.
2. Minimum 12 years' working experience in quality area on basic processes, like stamping, die casting, plating, turning, powdercoating, etc
3. Very good knowledge and practice of measuring methodology, apparatus and gage.
4. Certified quality engineer or related certificates. ISO9000, ISO/TS16949 quality system related. APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, DOE, problem solving skills.
5. Good English skill in speaking, reading and writing.	
6. Good supervising and communication skill.
