Job  Responsibilities
1. 	Guidance and follow up on RFQs
2.  	Improvement of current quote process, where necessary
3.  	Manage the teams to deliver timely and accurate costing for existing and 
        potential new customers
4.  	Understand customer expectations on all quote activities
5.  	Responsible for the development of the team including appraisals & 
        monitoring training plans in liaison with the HR department;
6.  	Manage cross departmental activities in order to meet deadlines
7.  	Provide processes that meet customer needs and expectations
8.  	Review and approve quote before submission.
9.  	Manage win rate 

Job  Requirement ：
1.  	More than 10 years working experience in Electronics anufacturing field.
2.  	3 years or more in Marketing or Sales activities.
3. 	 With engineering background
4.  	Excellent written and verbal English.
5.  	 Analysis skill through MS office such as Excel
6.  	Sensitive to material pricing and pro-active to market pricing.
7.  	Work location: DongGuan

Job Responsibilities 
1.  Plan, develop and implement the audit program and internal control policies throughout all Group's business and processes.
2.    Conduct compliance reviews, enhance audit proficiencies, and continually improve audit workflows and practices
3.    Facilitate enhancement in company policies and procedures as well as the internal control system
4.    Prepare monthly and yearly audit reports for management review
5.   Support departments and other operational activities to ensure compliance with the Group's internal controls and policies
6.    Ensure that audit issues and risks are effectively identified and provide constructive advice
7.    Provide recommendation and improvement plans regarding strategic, operational and financial risk areas when required
8.    Coordinate with other departments for audit purposes and liaise with external parties and consultants
9.    Carry out ad hoc duties as required
 
Job Requirement:
1.    Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines 
2.   3Y or above Internal audit experience, under manufacturing environment, electronic related
3.  023Y External audit experience (preferred Big 4 or middle size audit firm)02
4.   Some MNC experience is preferable
5.    Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
6.   Mature and able to work independently
7.     Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
8.    Regular business travel to Mexico and APAC is required
9.   Work location: DongGuan China
