工作职责 
1.原理图设计与PCB布局:
o根据客户需求设计及修改电路原理图。
o会使用 Altium Designer/KiCad/Eagle 进行PCB设计，符合可制造性（DFM/DFA）要求。
2.元器件选型与替代:
o根据成本、供货和性能选择合适的电子元器件。
o为停产器件寻找替代方案。
3.PCBA测试与验证:
o使用 万用表、示波器、逻辑分析仪 进行功能测试。
o对电路板进行调试和故障分析。
4.文档编写与报告:
o整理BOM（物料清单）、测试报告及设计文档。
5.与生产团队协作:
o协助解决生产中的PCB相关问题。
任职要求 :
本科及以上学历，电子/电气工程相关专业。
语言要求：英语会读写即可
熟悉 PCB设计软件（Altium、KiCad、Eagle等）。
了解电子元器件及行业供应商（ICKEY, 立创商城、DigiKey等）。
具备焊接、测试、调试的实际操作经验。
了解 I2C、SPI、UART 等通信协议。
良好的问题解决能力及团队合作精神。
欢迎有项目经验的应届毕业生。
优先考虑条件 :
了解 IPC标准（如IPC-A-610）。
基础编程能力（C/C++，用于简单固件调试）。
熟悉深圳电子市场（华强北）的元器件采购。

Job Responsibilities and Desired Skills (English):
1.Schematic Design & PCB Layout:
oCreate and modify schematics for client projects.
oDesign PCB layouts using Altium Designer/KiCad/Eagle following DFM/DFA guidelines.
2.Component Selection & Replacement:
oEvaluate and select components based on cost, availability, and performance.
oIdentify alternative parts for obsolete components.
3.PCBA Testing & Validation:
oPerform functional testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
oDebug and troubleshoot PCB assemblies.
4.Documentation & Reporting:
oPrepare BOMs (Bill of Materials), test reports, and design documentation.
5.Collaboration with Production Team:
oSupport manufacturing team in resolving PCB-related issues.
Requirements (English):
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Basic knowledge of PCB design software (Altium, KiCad, Eagle).
Familiarity with electronic components and industry suppliers (ICKEY, LCSC, DigiKey).
Hands-on experience with soldering, testing, and debugging.
Understanding of I2C, SPI, UART communication protocols.
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Fresh graduates with project experience are welcome.
Preferred Skills (English):
Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610).
Basic programming (C/C++ for firmware interaction).
Experience with Shenzhen component markets (Huaqiangbei).
