7, 负责海运空运订舱、装箱计划安排及船舶运输的协调与跟进；
8, 处理出运单据，确保单证准确、及时完成船务操作流程；
9, 与生产部、货代及相关部门保持良好沟通，确保货物安全、准时出运；
10, 按公司要求整理和归档相关船务资料。

We are looking for a office assistant to our English foreign manager. CET4/CET6 ENGLISH. Duties include developing & translating company policy and procedure, accompanying the foreign manager to visit suppliers and help arrange his schedule, keep meeting minutes and meet with foreign customers. Beside, dealing with shipping process and shipping docoment preparation. liase with producion and forwarder to arrange shipping schedule and arrange for goods out. In this role, you will learn about how to organise your workload efficiency and how maintaining written policy can advance the company's growth. This role will involve you in liaising with suppliers, resolving office wide duties and learning our product background.

We are looking for an individual who has minimum CET4 in English and is self-motivated, can push projects to rapid conclusion by a mind for good planning. Someone who can communicate in an open manner and can communicate effectively to achieve results. You should have some previous office experience.
