The Costing Supervisor is responsible for managing the costing processes within the manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate cost tracking, analysis of production costs, and implementation of cost-saving initiatives to improve overall efficiency and profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 工作职责
1.Oversee and analyze product costing in the manufacturing process, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.

2.Collaborate with production managers to establish standard costs and monitor variances against actual costs.

3.Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements and implement best practices in costing.

4.Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key areas of concern and improvement.

Minimum Experience: 最低经验要求
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a costing or financial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the golf bag or handbag industry.
在制造环境（优先考虑高尔夫球袋或手袋行业）中至少有3年的成本或财务相关工作经验。
Preferred Qualifications: 优先录用条件
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Minimum Education: 学历
College degree degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
