工作经验：

	3-5年国际贸易实操经验。

	有团队管理经验（主管或经理职位）者优先。

	熟悉完整的国际贸易流程，包括：

	海外市场调研及数字化获客工具

	合同条款拟定、突发事件应急处理，及跨部门协调

	具备大客户关系维护能力及全订单周期管理经验（从订单开发、订单确认、生产协调、质量控制到物流安排），确保准时交付，最终实现客户满意

	能够基于数据分析优化销售策略。

专业能力：

	抗压能力强，细心认真，适应快节奏工作环境。

	具备团队目标设定、新人培训及绩效目标达成能力。

	能够制定应对贸易壁垒和政策变化的预案。

	熟练运用AI工具（如DeepSeek）提升工作效率。

1. International Trade Business Manager (Salary: ¥8,000–¥15,000)
Qualifications:
•	Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in International Trade, Business English, or Marketing preferred.
Language Skills:
•	Fluent English reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
•	CET-6 or equivalent business-level English proficiency.
•	Capable of conducting independent business communication, meetings, and email correspondence.
Work Experience:
•	3–5 years of hands-on international trade experience.
•	Team management experience preferred (as a supervisor or manager).
•	Proficient in the full international trade process, overseas market research, and digital lead generation tools.
•	Skilled in contract terms, crisis handling, and coordination.
•	Experienced in maintaining major client relationships and full order cycle management—from solicitation of orders, to order submission, production coordination, quality control and logistics—to ensure on-time delivery, and finally customer satisfaction.
•	Able to optimize sales strategies using data insights.
Professional Abilities:
•	Strong under pressure.
•	Capable of setting team goals, training newcomers, and motivating the team to hit performance targets.
•	Develops contingency plans to address trade barriers and policy changes.
•	Proficient is making use of AI (Deepseek)
