Key areas of accountability: 
1、Business management
  （1）Align with 4-Year Plan overall targets, build efficiency improvement roadmap covering process optimization and jig & fixture upgrade, track full-cycle implementation progress.
  （2）Support annual MRO budget sorting for process and jig & fixture, put forward cost reduction optimization plans for process and jig & fixture production.
  （3）Comply with Capex management rules, guarantee the schedule of process and jig & fixture automation investment projects under responsibility.
  （4）Conduct layered audits, continuously optimize manufacturing process specifications and jig & fixture management standards.
2、*** and PPCP process handle & jig & fixture development
  （1）Follow project milestones, deliver new product process schemes and complete jig & fixture structural design, prototype verification and trial run optimization on schedule.
  （2）Confirm machine, jig & fixture, tooling and technical documents preparation in line with trial run schedule, debug and fix jig & fixture abnormal problems during trial production.
  （3）Complete closed-loop improvement of all process and jig & fixture issues before mass production launch.
  （4）Collaborate with R&D, supply chain and production teams to complete jig & fixture design handover, ensure design meets mass production manufacturability.
3、Mass production process & jig & fixture maintenance
  （1）Maintain process technical documents including PPAP files, as well as jig & fixture design drawings, operation and maintenance specifications.
  （2）Organize skill training for process technicians, covering both process operation and jig & fixture design & maintenance knowledge.
  （3）Improve product FTT and reduce scrap loss via process adjustment and jig & fixture structural optimization.
  （4）Develop Poka-Yoke error-proof solutions through process and jig & fixture design upgrade to reduce customer complaints.
  （5）Cooperate with production line to resolve safety, quality and delivery issues related to process and jig & fixture.
  （6）Carry out regular optimization of mass production jig & fixture, including structural improvement, cost reduction and service life extension, handle all jig & fixture recurring defects.
4、P+ management 
  （1）Formulate product improvement targets and plans based on 4YP efficiency roadmap and annual P+ budget, including process upgrading and jig & fixture cost reduction projects.
  （2）Lead cross-functional teams to promote P+ project implementation in accordance with PPCP/CCB process, covering jig & fixture automation and efficiency improvement projects.
  （3）Prepare Capex application materials, coordinate resources to advance process and jig & fixture improvement projects.
  （4） Arrange team resources to complete on-site installation, debugging and production handover of P+ jig & fixture projects.
  （5）Follow escalation mechanism to manage schedule deviation of process and jig & fixture P+ projects.
5、Digitalization transformation and AI deployment
  （1）Collect and archive digital data of production process and jig & fixture design, operation and maintenance.
  （2）Utilize digital dashboards to analyze quality, efficiency and cost data of process and jig & fixture.
  （3）Deploy digital and AI auxiliary equipment, update process documents and jig & fixture design files synchronously.
  （4）Apply AI tools to optimize process flow and jig & fixture drawing design efficiency.
6、Others
  （1）Complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 

Qualification:	
  （1）Academic & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial or Acoustical Engineering
  （2）Work Experience: Minimum 5-7 years’ consumer electronics manufacturing experience, speaker industry background preferred; solid experience in NPI process project management, automation equipment rollout, factory digitalization, as well as full-cycle jig & fixture design, trial verification and mass production optimization
  （3）Professional Skills: Master process improvement tools such as SE, DOE; proficient in CAD for independent jig & fixture scheme design, prototype test and cost optimization; familiar with MES/QMS digital system and AI visual inspection tools; capable of launching Poka-Yoke automation equipment and using data analysis tools to optimize process and jig & fixture performance
  （4）Language: Capable of daily oral English communication for cross-departmental work
  （5）Personal Traits: Good cross-team communication and coordination ability, rigorous logical thinking, detail-oriented, strong closed-loop execution aware
