职位描述：

Key areas of accountability:
1、Shipping team management.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
2、Logistics service quotation collection.
3、Shipping team monthly report.
4、Logistics service supplier management.
5、Collect marketing information and optimizing project.
6、Monthly Margin report.                                                                                                                                                                                                
7、Control the actual freight within freight budget.              
8、Propose an annual logistics budget for activity, and ensure that it is adhered to
9、Optimise relations between the function and the platform team.
10、Establish and monitor the management chart for the function.
11、Manage workload, organize and optimize services and staff.
12、Coordinate and prioritise the action of all employees involved.
13、Guarantee function internal/external customer satisfaction.
14、Promote team autonomy.
15、Manage the continuous improvement and development of the flow function.      
16、Based on the objectives of activity, prepare action plans and coordinate the missions of team in a coherent manner.
17、Conduct annual performance reviews, set the objectives of employees, including functional staff, then ensure deployment all the way down the hierarchy.                                                                                                                                                                                   
18、Support HOD for related project.
Qualification:
1、Hold a Bachelor degree on Business Administration/Study or equivalent.
2、10+ years’ experience in transportation/distribution/Import & Export field/ 3PL company management; 5+ year management experience.
3、Good interpersonal relationship, communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and with hands-on common PC application software.

1、Equipment acceptance 
（1）Generate document for the equipment- machine manual, maintenance plan, maintenance work instruction, spare part list and another related document
2、Maintenance
（1）Maintenance plan base on corrective actions to improve equipment utilization.
（2）Supervise and audit the maintenance actives in place.
3、Mechanical spare part 
（1）Set up effective and economy safety stock of mechanical spare part 
（2）Continue improvement spare part change sequence and cost
4、Corrective actions
（1）Equipment unplan down time analysis and corrective action base on root cause
（2）Continue improvement equipment unplan downtime 
（3）Weekly and monthly’s Maintenance report
5、Productivity via Automation and equipment upgrade 
（1）Take lead automation/equipment upgrade project
（2）Work out plan according to budget requirement and keep it on schedule
6、Other tasks
（1）Support production equipment Jig/fixture optimization.
（2）Provide technical support to improve process quality via improve machine setting and jigs

Job scope:
Plant wide pre-maintenance, TPM implementation and equipment problem solving, equipment productivity via technology upgrade.

Qualification:
1、Academic/Professional Qualification: 
（1）Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical/ Industrial / Acoustical
2、Working Experience: 
（1）Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance field
3、Expertise/Skills: 
（1）Familiar with automation equipment management/maintenance
（2）Skilled at related software programming (Siemens 1200, Omron) is must
（3）Familiar with Equipment FMEA and control plan 
（4）Excellent problem solving and result focus, quick response and solve timely 
（5）Ability to think analytical
（6）Be able to use Auto-CAD, Pro/E or SolidWorks
（7）Strong equipment safety risk management mindset
（8）Project Management skills is preferred

职位描述：

Key areas of accountability:
New product introduction
1、Responsible for new product process/jig /fixture design.
2、 Responsible for new product document preparation（PPAP process documents）
3、Responsible for new product trail run process issue problem solving.
4、Co-work with project team and ensure new product meet project goal （Timing/Quality/Efficiency）
5、Co-work with mass production team to ensure new product meet ramp up plan.
6、Identify key dimension in the drawing which is critical to quality and efficiency.
7、Organize jig and fixture design review meeting before place order to supplier for fabrication.

Mass production 
1、Maintain the process document (PPAP, Routing, WI,3P etc) of mass production line.
2、Maintain the production efficiency via line balance, automation/new technology introduction to optimize efficiency and meet 4YR plan goal.
3、Lead the production line problem solving via contain action and corrective action.
4、Lead the capability improvement actives of production line via copy production line, product transfer and UPH improvement etc, ensure the product line capability always meet business requirement.
5、Co-work with production/ quality team deal with customer complaint 
6、Co-work with QE or customer team to successfully complete the customer's audit work.
7、Transfer technical know-how and trouble shooting skills from Development to manufacturing on jigs.

P+ project management
Lead the team to improvement DL efficiency via product transfer, UPH improvement, line balance and Automation etc, ensure the saving amount meet budget requirement.

Qualification:	
1、Academic / Professional Qualification:  Min Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Acoustical.
2、Working Experience: more than 5 years’ experience in related industry, preferably in speaker industry.
3、Expertise / Skills: Knowledge of problem-solving tool like SE, DOE, and tolerance analysis. Have to use ProE and CAD to design jigs & fixture.
4、Language skills: Ability to converse in English.
5、Personal Attributes: Team player, clear and concise in communication, following up in details.
