职位描述：

Overview:
Assist manager to lead and manage the daily work arrangement of the maintenance department; Set up the monthly and annual preventive maintenance plan and drive the team implement the maintenance jobs; analyze them and find the root cause of the breakdown of the machines and make improvement actions. Trouble shooting on all the daily problems for entire facility (machinery and building).

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the manager to lead team for daily work assignments and give some necessary support or guidance for technicians.	30%
2. Set up the periodic preventive maintenance plan for the machines and lead the PM and Kaizan implementation.	25%
3. Analyze the breakdown of the machine, find the root cause and make improvement. 20%
4. Provide daily equipment maintenance/repair service to production on time. Ensure production keeps running without equipment block.	15%
5. Participate in new equipment and technology introduction and preparation.	10%

Requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical, electrical or automatic.	
2. Knowledge of preventive maintenance (TPM).	
6. Good English reading capability. And good English-speaking capability is preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience, familiar with common PLC (Mitsubishi, Omron ABB etc)	
4. Familiar with office and CAD/UG software.	
5. Good communication skills and teamwork
