【Qualifications】
•	Collage Certificate / Associate Degree / Bachelor Degree
•	3+ years’ experience in a supporting role for project management assistant or coordinator
•	Preferred with product experience for accessories / carry cases / softgoods / wearables / metal / plastic / consumer electronics
•	Required English written communications
•	Detailed oriented, organized
•	Able to work under pressure

The PIM Coordination & Completion Specialist ensures completeness, consistency, and controlled process flow of product data. The role coordinates input from Europe, structures clarification loops, and ensures products are ready for execution and approval.
Main Duties and Functions
- Review incoming product data for completeness and consistency
- Identify missing or unclear product data
- Bundle clarification requests into structured communication packages
- Coordinate with PM and Engineering teams in Europe
- Track deadlines, missing data, and workflow status
- Prepare product data packages for approval
- Ensure smooth process flow with minimal delays
Responsibilities and Authority
- Responsible for completeness before execution starts
- Authority to stop process if data is incomplete
- Responsible for reducing clarification loops and delays
- Ensures readiness for Leticia approval
Interfaces
PM, Engineering, Leticia, China PIM Operations Specialist, Marketing and other stakeholders
Language Requirements
- English: Mandatory (very strong, written and verbal)
- Chinese: Mandatory
