1.负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量控制,寻求通过测试、控制及改进流程以提升产品质量；
2.负责解决产品生产过程中所出现的质量问题,处理品质异常及品质改善
3.参与模具分析、试模和结构分析，新产品、新材料、新工艺的验证，特殊过程的确认
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，电子、自动化、机械或机电一体化专业;
2.熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，理解并实施体系文件，确保体系充分有效；
3.懂模具,塑胶，SMT，组装等工艺
4.熟悉统计技术、SPC等相关的运用和技术标准，思维逻辑性强；

Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for supplier quality management of mechanical components（CNC, Stamping, injection parts, surface treatment） wire harness assemblies, connectors, etc.
2.Conduct potential supplier audit.
3.Participate in technical reviews during the product development stage (e.g., drawing and DFM reviews).
4.Develop product inspection plans and quality control plans.
5.Evaluate the feasibility of drawing-specified measurements and provide effective measurement solutions.
6.Manage collection and approval of supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
7.Validate new product manufacturing processes; follow PPAP requirements when necessary.
8.Conduct on-site inspections during both project and mass production stages.
9.Analyze root causes of quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions with suppliers and internal teams.
10.Perform statistical analysis of quality data and prepare quality reports to support improvement initiatives.
11.Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related quality systems.
12.Provide coaching and quality improvement support to suppliers.
13.Conduct annual supplier audits.

Job Requirements
1. Education:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Technical Knowledge:
★Familiar with mechanical design and proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
★Knowledge of processes including stamping, injection molding, die casting, machining, surface treatment, and assembly.
3. Skills:
Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, QCP, etc.
★Familiar with CMM and optical measurement equipment, able to propose measurement solutions for drawing-specified dimensions.
★Skilled in using general measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
★Familiar with ISO 9001 and process audits; experience with VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 is a plus.
4. Experience:
10 to 20 years of experience in quality engineering within the mechanical or precision machining industry.
Experience in supplier quality management (SQA) is preferred.
5. Language Skills:
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
