Key Responsibilities
Product Market Research
Conduct market research to analyze product demand, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
Use insights from research to inform digital marketing strategies and content creation.
Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to maximize brand growth.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for on-page SEO.
Work on backlink strategies and other SEO tasks to ensure high search rankings.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Copywriting for Content & Email Marketing
Write and edit high-quality, persuasive content for email marketing campaigns, blogs, and landing pages.
Ensure all copy is optimized for SEO and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Develop personalized and engaging email marketing strategies, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective email templates.
Traffic Generation & Paid Advertising
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more.
Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve click-through and conversion rates.
Analyze performance data from ad campaigns and implement data-driven strategies to improve ROI.
Website Updates & Management
Oversee updates to the company website, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO and user experience.
Collaborate with the web development team for major updates and troubleshooting issues.
Regularly review and improve site performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth navigation.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
8+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and website optimization techniques.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
Excellent copywriting skills, especially in crafting engaging email campaigns, blogs, and landing pages.
Experience working with website building platforms like Squarespace for website updates is preferred.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Search Console for performance tracking and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with product market research methods and tools.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools.
Proficiency in AI tools for content and campaign optimization is preferred.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for online product promotion.
