Overview 

Joby Metal is seeking a rigorous and professional quality management systems engineer who will be fully responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the company's quality management system. This includes leading internal audits, preparing for external audits, collecting management review materials, controlling documents, and calibrating internal and external measuring instruments. The goal is to ensure the system meets the high standards of the aerospace industry and help the company continuously improve its process control capabilities and customer satisfaction. 

【岗位职责】 

体系维护与改进：负责EN9100（航空航天质量管理体系）等体系的日常运行、监督与持续改进，确保体系文件有效、合规。 

内部审核：策划并组织实施年度内部审核，编制审核计划、检查表及审核报告，跟踪不符合项的整改闭环。 

外部审核：协调并配合第三方认证机构及客户审核，准备相关材料，推动审核发现项的及时关闭。 

管理评审：组织管理评审会议，收集输入资料，跟踪评审决议事项的执行情况。 

文控管理：负责公司质量体系文件（手册、程序文件、作业指导书、记录表单）的受控、分发、回收、归档及作废管理，确保现场文件版本有效。 

量具内外校：建立并维护测量设备台账，制定校准计划；完成内部校准（具备能力时）并出具记录，协调外部校准机构按期送检，处理校准异常结果。 

数据与报告：定期统计体系运行绩效（如审核合格率、不符合项关闭率、量具受检率等），向质量经理汇报。 

Responsibilities 

System Maintenance and Improvement: Responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of systems such as EN9100 (Aerospace Quality Management System), ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of system documents. 

Internal Audit: Plan and organize annual internal audits, prepare audit plans, checklists, and audit reports, and track the rectification and closure of non-conformities. 

External Audit: Coordinate and cooperate with third-party certification bodies and clients in audits, prepare relevant materials, and promote the timely closure of audit findings. 

Management Review: Organize management review meetings, collect input data, and track the implementation of review decisions. 

Document Control Management: Responsible for the controlled distribution, retrieval, archiving, and obsolescence management of the company's quality system documents (manuals, procedure documents, work instructions, record forms), ensuring the validity of on-site document versions. 

Internal and External Calibration of Measuring Instruments: Establish and maintain a register of measuring equipment, develop calibration plans; complete internal calibration (when capable) and issue records, coordinate with external calibration agencies to submit instruments for inspection on schedule, and handle abnormal calibration results. 

Data and Reporting: Regularly compile statistics on system performance (such as audit pass rate, non-conformity closure rate, gauge inspection rate, etc.) and report to the quality manager. 

【任职资格】 

1. 经验与背景 

本科及以上学历，工科专业（机械、航空、质量管理等）优先。 

3年以上制造业质量体系管理经验。 

熟悉EN9100或ISO 9001:2015标准，有成功主导通过第三方认证审核及客户审核的经验。 

有量具内部校准实际操作经验（如卡尺、千分尺、高度规、螺纹规等）及外部校准管理经验。 

2. 专业技能 

掌握ISO 9001、EN9100体系内审技巧，持有国家注册审核员或EN9100内审员证书者优先。 

了解计量法规（JJG、JJF）、量具误差分析与校准判定原则，会使用量具管理软件或Excel建立可追溯的校准数据库。 

能独立编写体系文件（手册、程序、SOP）及审核检查表。 

英文可运用于日常工作交流（听说读写熟练）。 

3. 核心能力 

严谨细致：对文件版本、校准周期、审核证据有高度的敏感性和责任心，杜绝体系“两张皮”现象。 

沟通协调：能有效组织跨部门（生产、工程、PMC、品质）参与内审、管理评审及整改活动，推动问题解决。 

问题解决：熟练运用8D、5Why、PDCA等方法分析不符合项根源，制定并验证纠正措施。 

抗压与合规意识：在航空航天行业的高合规要求下，能从容应对密集的客户审核和严格的外部监管检查。 

持续改进思维：主动识别体系运行薄弱环节，提出优化方案，提升流程效率与质量绩效。 

Experience & Background 

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Quality Management, etc.). 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management systems within the manufacturing industry. 

Familiar with EN9100 or ISO 9001:2015 standards, and have experience successfully leading third-party certification audits and customer audits. 

Have practical experience in internal calibration of measuring instruments (such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, etc.) and experience in external calibration management. 

Professional Skills 

Proficient in ISO 9001 and EN9100 internal auditing techniques; preference will be given to candidates holding a national registered auditor or EN9100 internal auditor certificate. 

Familiar with metrological regulations (JJG, JJF), instrument error analysis, and calibration judgment principles; able to use instrument management software or Excel to establish a traceable calibration database. 

Able to independently write system documents (manuals, procedures, SOPs) and audit checklists. 

Fluent in English for daily work communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
