Job Description:

1. Perform quality planning (APQP) for new programs;

2. Ensure all customer special requirement be met in all phases of APQP;

3. Develop FMEA and Control Plan with team, including inspection checklist;

4. Develop inspection tooling and equipment including the critical samples;

5. Plan, schedule, and implement training for quality control personnel and any other employees whose work directly or indirectly affect products quality;

6. Communicate with team for first article inspection result even to customer;

7. Coordinate the run at rate and be sure quality capability is ready for launch production;

8. Submits PPAP to customers on schedule and ensure to get approval;

9. Perform other duties as required, such as internal audit, and 2nd and 3rd party audit;

10. Actively lead teams, which involve various functions towards problem solving and work excellence.


Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree of engineering, electrical or mechanical;

2. Strong understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., TQM, SPC, FMEA, GR&R etc);

3. 2-3 years management experience required;

4. Possess knowledge of TS16949 or equivalent;

5. Proficiency with ERP/SAP, MS Office, MS Mail and Internet;

6. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers, managers and customers;

7. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, evaluations and other similar papers;

8. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general professional journals, or technical papers;

9. Ability to hold conference call with internal and external partners including overseas customer;

10. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
